There was a disco directly below blasting out music and shouting, we had to move , sleep was impossible.

The approach is bad. The first appearance of the hotel is a let down. The room did not have adequate ventilation and natural lighting.

Good Location. The staff is friendly and would go out of the way to help. The food is good.

That people would hang their clothes for drying right outside their and others room. That completely take away the "view" of the ganges and makes it feel like a typical "dhobi ghat"

The location is brilliant, at the pricepoint this hotel is what best you can get. I am actually surprised as if the hotel invest a little bit more and makes the room absolutely spic and span with the latest facilities (no major capex) this could easily be a 4 star hotel with a premium rate. However they've chosen to keep it at this level ( 2 to 3 star) for which the price and location (assi ghat) is brilliant.

Few important things in room needs. Foldable table and in bathroom few things to be add like towels clothes holders etc.

Brakefast is normal and good , but timeing is remarkable, but it's good.

The rooms could be a bit better maintained. Everything is clean for Indian standards but could just be polished and stains really worked on etc.

This hotel doesn't have lift. Climbing up and down was not comfortable. Next time I will take a room in ground floor or 1st floor.

The behaviour of the staffs are very good. Special mention for the great service of Monu Bhai, Pradeep Bhai and Rajkumar.

Our room was next to the kitchen so it was very noisy through the day including late in the evening and early in the morning, no sound proofing! Seemed like it would be only room 11 this would impact.

Good location in the area but set back from the main road. The room was spacious and comfortable . Terrace was nice to sit on (although couldn’t see the Ghat)

It faces a garbage area from the balcony considering i paid over 7k per night. Also a very basic hotel. The owner should do better. This is not river facing. .

It’s loud, there is a lot of noise at all hours between car horns and religious ceremonies

The menu didn't feature authentic U.P. cuisine and was more geared towards multi-cuisine dishes for outsiders. We stayed in a west-facing room, which had no view. It's better to request an east-facing room, as it offers a partial view of the Ganges River.

The location is at Assi Ghat, near the site where the Gangarti ceremony takes place. The food was full of flavor, and the staff were very friendly. The room size were adequate enough for 3 people and the geyser in the bathroom was a blessing!

Some of the rooms need to have more ventilation. Especially the ones on the first and second floor. Bathroom doors were snapping too fast, magnetic, waking everyone up. Room number 26 flush not maintained well and bathroom not as clean.

The location is fantastic, we wanted something close to Assi Ghat. The property was just five minute walk away. The neighborhood is quieter than the rest of Banaras, considering how close it is to the ghats. The food is exceptionally good and the man leading the kitchen, Mr Pradeep from Gaya, was accommodative and patient with all the food preparations requested. He even ensured that we made some fantastic self made kadha since some of us had severe throat infection. The food is, although north Indian and western in palette, the oil and spice usage is low and not once did anybody have an upset stomach over the course of five days.

A great location overlooking the Assi ghat! Room was basic but just what I needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! I had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was delicious!

Not friendly for senior citizens as there is no elevator and Need to provide few necessities like shampoos and hair dryer.

The room was excellent and very homely. The Assi ghat view is very good as shown in the pictures. The staff is alos very helpful and friendly. It is a great property to stay at and very clean.
