Was little surprised to see stat charges for a 8 year old kid which is quite unusual in the industry. Secondly there were many flies and small insects in room and bathroom. Pls look into that.

The best part of the property is the staff and the food. Staff is very courteous. Starting from the activity guy Deepak to the singer Ashish (not sure if I wrote correct name), everyone is very good.

The in room dining experience was very bad in which after ordering the food you asked for an additional order to the actual waiter. So we said we can't give it and followed the wrong way of speaking

Dinner is only served till 10pm though they made an exception for me on a couple of occasions when I turned up late.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious.

Flipside was the cleanliness. There were a lot of stains on the beds, chairs, sheets. The hotel needs some serious renovation . Although we were informed prior regarding the leak in the bathrooms, it may need some urgent work anytime.

The staff was polite, courteous, and attentive. Food is palatable, tasty but strictly vegetarian. Location is good overlooking the valley. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

With the price spent , expecting more veraites of food on the buffet menu. This can be improved.

Hotel was really good to stay, due to the ambiance and view . Very good facilities. Staff are really helpful and approachable .

The passenger lift was too smelly and cramped. It could accommodate max 4 persons who could feel each others breath. The bathroom fittings were rusty. There was no refrigerator in the room. The staff was not polite at all. The person who handed over the room keys was very rude. The kids were waiting outside the room to use washroom and he was nowhere to be found. The front desk took too long to complete the formalities. Basically the staff was not cordial at all and they were not hospitable at all.

I will not say did not like, but take it as a suggestion. The cleanliness of the tent rooms has to little more taken care of. The wash basin and storage unit was not of the good quality.

The staffs were very helpful, polite!!! The atmosphere!! Best part was the food!!! Amazing!!

Highly overpriced hotel for the facilities and experience. bed mattress was old and could feel the springs . Bathroom shower did not work and had to get it repaired. Similar story of lot of hotels in tourist places in India, For 8000 INR (100$ plus) per day you get good hotels in Europe , US , Singapore and other tourist countries. So why are hotel rooms in India so costly when they are not providing the worth for the money you spend. Ideally such hotel rooms should not be more than 6000 INR inclusive of all taxes.

Food and view from swimming pool is good. Staff was mostly cooperative. Location is convenient.

This resort is in an incredible area. I attended a wedding and it was amazing. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. A beautiful location. The staff were great. A magical experience.

from the gallery sheds of other room blocks the view. in food the lunch was too expensive n very few options. like only one starter was there. soya oil or coconut oil is being used to prepare curries.
