The food is available but options are limited. So if you are food lover, then you might feel a bit dissapointed and may have to make effort to find the food options in nearby areas or may have to rely on food delivery system. Hence the kitchen can be upgraded. However, it might add to operational cost which eventually the customer have to pay.

The staff, the conduct, the architecture of family cottage. The rooms are cottage styled and surrounded by lush green parks. It takes you very close to nature and you would want to forget about the hectic schedule and tech infected life but at the same time it doesnt feel like you are in jungle.

I wish there was instructions/guide book. For example, I couldn't figure out why my room didn't have hot water. After asking staff they mentioned it needs to be turned on from the switch in bathroom. Plus In my personal opinion breakfast could be better or it needs more options.

Place was clean, and really love the whole atmosphere, the rooms were comfy. Love the horses and staff was very friendly and helpful. Also love the fact it has international plugs pre installed.

The plumbing needs some help like the hot water gets extremely hot then extremely cold not good for me and we had a little problem with the flushing toilet but everything else was up to standard

A few more accessories in bathroom , e.g. toiletries racks and cloth pegs are needed . Flow of water in shower was intermittent and sometimes you need to wait during the shower before the water comes back in.

No wheel chair to go to the room from the reception as my wife was having difficulties to walk due to hemiperesis. Didn’t have a proper bed for the 3rd person to sleep though the reservation was for 3 pxs. There were lots of mosquitoes, disrupted our sleep in the middle of the night for which when asked for some help from the reception, response came only after half an hour & the answer was very much unacceptable at that odd hour. Breakfast options were only the food we cant take. Overall it was a very awful experience which I never saw in the last many many years. The reception counter & the dining area was also not at all suitable to sit as there was foul smell from the adjacent wash room.

I like the overall experience as the property was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Manager Mr Arvin is a very professional person who helped and guided us for the nearby temple visit and arranged us a visit to Bihari ji temple.
