1. Hotel ran out of water twice, had to wait in the toilet for 30 mins and call them from my mobile phone as landline was not working. 2. TV did not work initially, staff changed the tv setup after our request. 3. Beddings had not been changed when we checked in, had to request them to change the bedding after we saw that the room still had used ones on. 4. Pool was dirty and not being maintained as it should be.

Overall an average experience, the hotel has a lot potential but it's not being utilised by current management.

When they gave the first room, it was full of cockroaches. When they gave another room, the wifi was not working from day one and no one fixed it (I stayed there 10 days). The washroom flush was not working and they fixed it after 24 hrs. Total one bulb was there in entire room. No ventilation in washroom. I stayed in other hotels in Goa but this was the worst experience.

Overall we are very pleased with our stay at the Boho Goa the staff is very pleasant and try to do their best to provide the best service We were given the room with a balcony, which was extra for no additional cost thank you very much! We had breakfasts in the garden every morning and liked them a lot as well

Stayed here for 3 nights in June end 2023 (monsoons) and below are the observations: Peaceful ambience & amazing cleanliness Swimming pool & the garden looks awesome Location of the property is best as you can hop all party places within 5-10 minutes in Vagator or Anjuna Perfect parking space for two wheelers, decent for four wheelers Immediate service on call Definitely recommended

The employees of Boho was not kind towards Us. They charged extra by claiming they will provide suite up-gradation still that wasn’t provided to us. Rooms were so dirty and when we asked to change the rooms they said rooms are not available. All rooms are already booked. the receptionist Mr ashwin is the one who is the person who is behind this scam so please I advise everyone not who is worried about you ,your family & your money don’t visit here and fall in their scams.

Management staff extremely poor. No Room Service or cleaning. AC water dripped all over the floor.

Double payment was done on checkout. No refund was processed even after multiple calls. They assured that we can continue the journey and they will process the refund.

the staff was untrained and chewing gutka all the time and couldnt even speak properly. i asked for a change of sheet at check in as the sheet was dirty. i had to explain to 5 people and wait 30 mins till all of them came to explain that they cant change the sheet as i had already checked in and finally when they did change the sheet they dint do any room service the next day.

the pool and the garden are the only thing worth seeing
