Improve your hot bath elements.. There were some issues with hot water. This is a big concern u guys are not playing with your guest health. When you provide the proper cold water for bath than u also provide the same high temperature hot bath water. Everyone is not taking bath cold water.

Just a little maintenance would make a ver excellent hotel.

The common areas could be more up to date and speed, as they seemed a little dated. The location is little far from the main centre, otherwise its it is ok.

Great breakfast. Very courteous, friendly, helpful and polite staff. The rooms were very clean with a very comfortable bed. Wifi was very good.

I booked this hotel for my family ,because as this property showed they have swimming pool but at the time of cheak in we found the pool was under maintenance. I asked them why you didn't update, no one gave proper answers. Secondly in both the rooms there were no ACs working ,when we complained, first they had different excuses but we stood on our ground then they were ready to replace the rooms. Mr. Ankit- the manager of hotel even told my wife that "if you don't like then cheak out" this was @ 6pm. To be honest food was good in break fast. But overall experience was vere bad I will give 1 out of 5 🌟. 😡 I really felt cheated. Right now i am filling Sorry for this feed back, because this one first time when i gave this level feedback to any hotel i. My life because of my expectations may be.....

We stayed there for a couple of nights. The hotel location is convenient, staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Food was great. Highly recommend.

It was a great staying in The Conway Meerut, everything was great. Service was extremely good. Very comfortable stay and staff was supportive and friendly.

The lobbies smell very bad of wet carpets or something like rats.poor flow of water in bathroom,had to call the plumber.

Breakfast was okay,sandwiches,coffee etc served in the room were below average.

We would like to appreciate the hotel and all staff of the hotel specially front office. I had really amazing and comfortable stay in The Conway. Everything was upto the mark. The food quality was amazing and the room was neat and clean. I highly recommend this property.

Maintenance was bad....room and toilet was shabby. The Air-conditioning of the entire hotel was intentionally turned-off by the management apparently to save electricity (this was confirmed by two front desk staff and manager). We really felt uncomfortably cold and couldn't sleep well. I had booked this room reading that the Hotel is Air-conditioned .... but just to save some money they had intentionally not turned on the air-conditioning. In this case the hotel should refund the money we paid as it a gross mis-representation of facts and misleading too.

The property has to put greater emphasis on maintenance. The kettle did not work. The air conditioning was ineffective and the bath water was tepid. Breakfast had no eggs or other accompaniments.

The A/C was pumping out freezing air and despite maintenance visiting the room to adjust it all I got was cold air…on a cold evening. Staff were generally uninterested

The food was overpriced as per the taste. Wifi was working but not fast. Hotel was old so needs a little changes in their bathroom as shower heads are not working properly. “KINDLY UPDATE YOUR LOCATION ON GOOGLE MAPS” it’s wrong.

The room was quite good and staff was cooperative too. Everything is up to expectations and staff is very cooperative. Room service, housekeeping is excellent. Just ping them and within few mins they are there.
