The vibe and the location. It has very affordable price as compared to other hotel in South Delhi.The place is cleaned daily.Staff is very helpful

The fan of the rooms were not working properly. The hostel need to put small fans in each bed for better experience of bed occupants when AC is not an option. All complaint related issues should be resolved more sensitively. I was played by my room mates who complained about me, for asking to turn on AC of the room to the reception, but did not say anything to me. The inhouse politics should be discouraged. There was no hanger to hang clothes in the washroom of my dorm. The basic things need a lookout.

The property is well located inside a colony. The balcony and rooftop are spacious with a long common hall.

The hostel is not in the city center. The forms are not clean as soon as I entered the hostel it smelled really bad . I don't know.how the staff was able to sit there. The dorm was nothing great too. The washroom sucked again. It smelled really bad and wasn't clean. The common room was just a table and some chairs. I checked out in 2 hours. Do yourself a favour and never book this hostel.

Common area could be a little better

Amazing people at the hostel including staff and the travellers. Good location. Walkable distance to hauz khaz metro else book online using uber for moto/rickshaw. Clean and tidy toilets.

The property is unsecured as keys are not issued and the front door is never locked. We took to bolting our room at night. Bathrooms are an issue and other guests feel free to come in anytime to use the toilet or shower and often are not very quiet. The kitchen was usually a mess with people not cleaning up after themselves and dirty dishes piled in the sink.

The bed was comfortable and I had a couple very good roommates. The location is in a decent neighborhood with the Hauz Khan metro within walking distance. Hot and cold drinking water are provided anytime.

No food available, not even tea if you want hot water you have to go to the kitchen heat water yourself... No room service, caretakers are a bit rude.. I just checked in and my bed side where really dirty I told her she said to take cloth and clean it yourself. Then I insisted I will not be doing so and is that how you treat your guest then she clean herself. I reached two hours late bcz of rain.. they didn't even offer me to sit or water untill I did their payment.... And I choose a female dorm I thought the common kitchen will be on same floor but she said me to go to 1st floor and at 11pm I sat alone on 1st floor and boys were smoking there it was super uncomfortable.. people in dorms were nice except few in my case one.. she didn't even allow me to eat in the room bcz she can smell it and other told me that she herself eat in the room. I have class full day from 8am to 10pm. She complains both times that you guys are creating so much sound.. I were using bedside light and doing everything in dark very cautiously still. It was three days and I booked to only sleep as I had 12hr classes daily and here it was mentioned that breakfast lunch dinner is available but that was not the case. If you go and ask anything they refuse. Even I asked a chair for little time they refused eventually they give me cup to drink hot water. If you want literally just a mattress then you can opt for it. Otherwise don't. Next I will opt for hotel room only this was my 1st time in hostel and it was not good..they even stole my own pillow and towel.. luckily I called them and found it on reception... And I am pretty sure they were using it

The rooftop is a great place to hang out, party or work out (there are dumbbells and pullup bar). First floor common area is suitable for working, with a nice balcony to hang out. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is easily accessible, some 10 minutes walk from Hauz Khas metro station. The market is just around the corner with various food stalls (I ate there paneer thali, chicken biryani, dal paratha, pani puri, juices and chai, just to give an idea). Liquor store is also right next to the market. And a big shoutout to the manager Rohit, his flexibility and friendliness helped me feel at home and among friends, he spent time with us at the rooftop almost every night that I stayed there.

Other guest were very inconsiderate - loudly speaking and turning on the lights in the middle of the night. I think there should be some light rules set by the staff. There was no waterflow very often in the bathroom.

1.They don't clean bathroom, dustbin or broom dormitory everyday. 2. Rohit and Shruti both are rude, manipulative and unprofessional 3. There are big mouse in the kitchen jumping around on kitchen slabs and utensils not hygienic 4. Kitchen sink is always filled with dirty water, food particles and utensils are not washed by anyone. 5. There is a problem with water shortage and sometimes there is no water on many occasion early in the morning. 6. Wifi strength signal is not very good. 7. You can be harassed by other guests and if you report to staff they don't help you at all..... 8. Your Jio or Airtel signal would be intermittent 9. You need to ask several times for liquid hand-wash refill if it finishes in the bathroom 10. They don't change the bedsheets after 3 days on its own you have ask for it....so not good for long stay. 11. Common area not big to accomodate many people. 12. Your face wash, shampoo soap towel in bathroom gets stolen 13. Your food kept in refrigerator or grocery left in kitchen gets stolen. Other guest will throw away your food kept in refrigerator and staff will not take action

It's definitely one of the more rundown places I've been to but, again, it was also incredibly cheap so I survived for two nights. I know they cleaned a bit because the staff would come in and go through the bathroom but honestly it did not look very clean, it also smelled the first night I was there. Fortunately that went away. The locker under my bed wouldn't close so you couldn't lock it. I didn't check out any of the other facilities but I didn't find the staff very helpful, it could simply be because they didn't speak any English, but even when I tried to translate they seemed disinterested.

I was grateful for the air conditioning and the price is crazy cheap. The staff comes in and cleans the room. The beds are comfortable enough and with the AC, sleeping was easy. The other people in my room were super nice, but that's not something controlled by the hostel.

Cash payment only and no signs at entrance, which is a sign for not registered company. Kitchen has almost no cutlery and was dirty. Party with relatives up to 5 am in the morning with loud music. Unfriendly reception. Room was old and walls were coming of. Maintaining is not existent.

Lies! It was hot in the cramped dorm with no windows. When I asked Rohit, the manager, to turn on the AC, he said, "It isn't working!" "It was on yesterday," I said. "Ah, we don't turn it on cos others don't want it." "I'll ask others and if they agree will you turn on the AC?" "No, I won't." I asked for a reason and he just smirked. I said I booked an AC dorm and he said can't do anything.

Night shift staff behaved very loudly. My room was near reception and didn't have any sound protection. Couldn't sleep well because of very loud talks, shouting. Pillow cases and bed sheets didn't look clean. But that's usual issue in India, used my own bedding.

Wifi worked fast and stable. The hostel located within walking distance from metro station. Cooperative staff who worked during the day.

The property is very peaceful…environment is good ..I’ll love to stay here again soon….there is kitchen also for self cooking that’s the best part of it….
