* The rooms are outdated with dysfunctional fixtures. * The toilet flush gets stuck and you need to fight with it to release so it doesn't keep pumping water. * Some of the wood in the bathroom was patched with cheap replacements * The toiletries were just sad to say the least and it was mostly for one person while we paid for 3 people. * I felt that the price was absolutely not worth it. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others. You could do better with Ibis or Novotel which are right opposite to this hotel.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly, variety of food for breakfast and also delicious dinner. Huge and comfortably bed - 2 adults and 2 small kids in one bed. The kids loved swimming pool and sweet surprise for them, which was waiting in the room!

There were a few meetings going on while we were there, which prevented us from using the bar areas, we had to go to the restaurant if we wanted a drink. Plus we were told we would get better rates if we booked direct, but found the rooms cheaper on Booking.com.

Our stay at the Vivanta IT Expressway was lovely. The front desk staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and so was the housekeeping staff (shoutout to Mr. Raji!). They were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms, and even offered a choice between adjoining double twin bed rooms and adjoining king bed rooms. The breakfast was great and had a ton of options, and the room service food was also delicious. Would definitely recommend the hotel!

The air conditioning was not working as in sync with the panel. The doors did not open and lock properly The flush panel came out. The key holder had to be replaced.

30KW chargers did not work well it continued to reboot in 10 mins disconnect on full load but the 7KW worked perfectly well.

Property was wonderful and staff were amazing in treating us. Specially the staff at Front desk, at restaurant and special thanks to Gym Chandru anna where I had some great interactions. I also liked the electric car charging facility in the property. There were 4 chargers 2- 7KW and 2-30KW.Property was ideally located near to ECR and other city areas. Here is the feedback from my daughter Advika (7 yr old): - She liked the swimming pool - She liked the Christmas decorations - She liked the room and chocolates given in the room

Caesars salad and Cream of chicken soup?? This is one of our most favorite combination for dinner, being light eaters. Have had this all over the Country and abroad-the one served here was a poor imitation with the Cream soup appeared to have split? and that was definitely NOT Caesar's salad-maybe BRUTUS??

Everything about Taj Vivanta gave the best Vibes. They are genuine guys and girls who are the most adept at hospitality. Want to thank- Indranil Ray, GM, Asif, Manager, Priti, and as a matter of fact as I don't recall all names -I am falling short. Special mention and a massive shout out to SENTHIL-reception-man you are a man apart-thank you. The room was expansive and elegant. Breakfast sumptuous with a variety that one is spoilt for choices.
