I could not get the shower to work but this was probably my fault that I did not ask someone to help. The communication and payment in advance through WhatsApp I found annoying.

Location was lovely. I liked that they were very focused on being sustainable. Sunset views were good. Food was tasty but as I was on my own the protion was too big and I ended up wasting. Maybe option for small plates.

Nothing in specific. Would have liked to have some non-veg options or maybe eggs in the menu but this isn’t a deal breaker at all.

The location of this property. Situated between the lake. Easy access through a simple trek to the base. Close to all the sight seeing and trekking points. The staff were really polite and attentive. We had bed bugs in the room the first day and talked to the staff. They did not take even a second to offer us another room for the second day.

Road leading to the property, Although we were not affected, the crowd grows on the weekend and is likely to be loud. Could use with some comfy chairs outside and a laundry service.

Great Location with great views, room was very nice for two people, service was excellent and the food was decent.

Reaching to the location from the main road one has to drive through very very harsh road. Customised food or Food order is all too more digitally done. So options gets curtailed despite amenities. The staff are tied to follow what one can offer via the hosteller digital menu , that's for sure spoils , though the ambience is indeed good.

Room linen were not very clean, they do not do any room cleaning if you stay for more than one night because its a hostel, so u need to bear that in mind if you plan to stay longer

Location was awesome, property is decent and overlooks the breathtaking lake and panaromic view of the mountains. Food was decent as per the amount charged.

Repeated Payment reminders after booking, even when everything was paid in advance. No Wifi was available and No signal for VI network in the room and canteen. Only Airtel was working. Food order only through Glu app, even if we are in the canteen. Big issue, when there is no signal in mobile and no Wifi available

There were small insects and rodents disturbing us as the time we visited was during heavy rains and ofcourse it is a forest area.

The stay was very good and we very much loved the scenic view. The food provided in the canteen was also very good and they also accommodated custom food requirements for the kids and infants.

Before planning to visit this property, you have to be mentally accept that this is a self service hotel and all check-in and checkout, food ordering has to be done through their GLU app. You will not get any personalized service like hotel check in, room service, in room dining or bell boy. Second thing you will get Jio and airtel mobile network only in this viscinity. There is no wifi provided in the property, I don't understand the purpose of providing a smart TV in room when there is no wifi.

Property is located in a mesmerizing location with a breathtaking view in between serene beauty of nature. We took a premium cottage and it was quite spacious. Staff were courteous and cheerful.

Location is good but only in rainy season. Also everything is via Internet. Lengthy check in process. No cash allowed in restaurant. Very third class breakfast. People go there for peace of mind but ruined that peace with loud music. Too much waiting time even for a simple drink with water. Restaurant has poor service.

Common facilities could be much cleaner with resident staff cleaning on regular intervals of 2-3 hours. Basic toilet paper rolls were missing for over a day with cleaning of the sharing toilets.

The approach road to the property is narrow and little tricky. Needs skillful driving. However, once you reach the destination, every effort made is worth.

Awesome location!! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains around, relaxing atmosphere with natural surroundings. Very friendly and helpful reception and staff. Great first impression of the hotel. Rooms were clean, well equipped, stylish and comfortable. Food was good and great value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sunrise & Sunset - awesome.

Staff could be more cooperative. Web check-in should not be compulsory or atleast staff should help at reception. Staff was reluctant to help for web check in.
