The bathroom and room doesn’t look that clean like the pictures. Is quite dark and bad maintenance. The fan is really noisy and the card system for electricity at the room was quite uncomfortable.

The hostel has good location, a few minutes from the bus stop and really good restaurants. The roof terrace is super nice and lovely activities for entertainment. The staff was lovely and breakfast tasty and good price

Don't go with any tours from inside or around the hostel...its a commission based and yet another scam! I was taken to a local fashion store and subjected to the heavy sell for over 90 minutes. It was a awful experience and why alot of foreign tourists are voting with their feet and not visiting.

I was the only female in the dorm - the rest of the beds were occupied by males. To me, this isn't a mixed dorm, this is one female being put in a male dorm. The night staff was rude to me when I arrived at 6am - I'd seen other reviews that mentioned early check in and when I asked if this was possible he smirked and shook his head. Didn't even ask my name or booking details. About 2 hours later he asked for the booking details and I was eventually allowed to check in early. One of the guys in the dorm experienced a similar rudeness with this man and when I raised it with the day staff they made an excuse about him doing the night shift and being tired. I also didn't find the day staff particularly friendly, so based on other reviews I wonder what their criteria for being super nice and friendly is... Finally, when I was there the cricket was on non-stop in the main common area. I get that it's a big deal in India but it didn't make for a particularly inviting or sociable atmosphere. In short, I'm not really sure what the big deal is about this place, and I ended up leaving a night early.

The location is great, very close to the bus stop for a number of bus companies and also handy for the Sindhi Camp metro (very easy to get to some central attractions.) The beds were comfortable and the lockers big and secure. The food at the Rooftop restaurant was great.

The room did smell, and there were bedbugs. Maintenance will need to be stepped up, I believe.

Location was a bit tricky to find, Their toilet was out of service and took a while to get it fixed, the lockers can be easily broken into.
