Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ItalyWe left early in the morning and had a little inconvenience by doing the checkout, but nothing really important that wouldn't let me give a high rate to this place. A bit noisy during the day because of the people inside the BnB, but if you are out visiting the city that's not important at all.
The place is good and easy to use as a starting point for visiting the city, the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was fine. I recommend the breakfast which has a good amount of stuff for being in a small BnB, the staff was pretty good.

BrazilA little bit too costly for Delhi. Maybe not the best value for money, but hospitality over balances it. The shower is limited to 4 minutes of hot water due to boiler capacity, what is kind of annoying
Staff is great. Host is amazing and always there to help and support. Laundry service was fast, good price, and well done. Hospitality 10 stars

United KingdomOur sons’ room was cramped. Our younger son paid for another hotel due to this Our room was damp with damp clearly visible on the wall next to the bathroom
Whereas I thought it was a charming place, my wife and our two adult sons travelling with us thought otherwise I found the living room on the first floor (one flight up - different countries have different definitions) to be very charming, the breakfast to be good, the cleaning regime to be excellent

GermanyNo negatives.
The hospitality was astounding, the house and the rooms were spotless and very nicely decorated. Special shout out to the manager Mr. Abdul for taking especially good care of us, he even lent my mother his jacket for a whole day as she was feeling a bit cold. The food served for breakfast and dinner is simply out of this world, I probably had the best chicken curry I had during my entire India trip at the Neem. If you are considering this hotel, don't think twice book it instantly.

United KingdomWe did not have a window to the outside, the window looked onto the internal staircase. Have to cross quite a busy road to get to metro to get to attractions.
Nice quiet location, access to metro to get in and around Delhi. Abdul was very attentive and his wife cooked us some lovely evening meals (vegetable menu, 700 rupees per person). Good selection at breakfast. We were provided with plenty of drinking water in our rooms every day. Good WiFi. Aircon was good and quiet keeping room a nice temperature while we slept.

United StatesThe property is lovely, the room was large and very well appointed. I had a deluxe or premium room on the top floor. There were two rooms on that floor with shared living room and dining area, kitchen, and outdoor patio. Every area was very clean and nicely decorated. Very little street noise. I had breakfast and dinner, both were wonderful. Also had laundry done which was convenient. I booked the hotel for the last two days of my trip. After I booked, Abdul contacted me immediately with information about meals, laundry, and other services. This was very helpful as I could arrange dinner for the day I arrived. Great location, close to major road with banks, coffee places, and other retail. Short walk to M Block market, a large outdoor local market with restaurants, more coffee places, jewelry, clothing, and other stores.

United StatesDidn't like the occasional mosquito but it's to be expected in Delhi.
The breakfast was delicious everyday and the staff was super accommodating. Additional things like laundry and ironing were cheap. Communication was great and hospitality was freaking fantastic. The location was a few minutes walk from a local market and facilities such as pharmacy and ATM are also not too far away.

United StatesWe stayed for 8 nights and we were beyond comfortable and satisfied the whole time we were at The Neem. The Rooms: they were spacious, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The showers are hot with good pressure. We were lucky enough to have a room with garden view of the giant neem tree. The Service: delicious breakfast every morning that included fruit, Indian and western breakfast items, coffee/tea and juice. We had unlimited access to filtered water in rooms and in the common areas. Our room was cleaned diligently everyday and we never had to ask for anything more. We also paid extra for a few dinners and a week’s worth of laundry which was returned to us folded and separated in our room for a very reasonable price. The People: Abdul, his staff (Bala and Rajas ?) and his family were amazing hosts. They always looked out for our needs. They shared their culture and information with us. They invited us to their Diwali Puja (prayer for blessings) which was a special experience. Once I requested a newspaper clipping which Abdul brought to me and I forgot it at breakfast. Then as we were checking out, he gave it to me; he had saved for three days instead of throwing it away. The Location: we always felt safe and could easily access an Uber. We were able to walk to restaurants, pharmacies and markets. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Delhi.

IndiaJust too expensive. Still if I'm tired and can't deal with Delhi, I'll pay the money for the cleanliness and professionalism, but I think they're charging more than market average. I could be wrong though and I will most likely stay here again cause it was great and relaxing.
Food and everything else too was great, very comfortable and clean. The location was so-so, it's not a very impressive market that's nearby.

The hotel stays in a safe rea of Delhi, away from the chaos. The location is also near to main attractions. I'll definitely stay here again when coming back to Delhi!
