The experience was very good. Food & Services was excellent. The location is also fantastic, walking distance (about 500 mts) from the Mall Road. The rooms are good and the service was courteous. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Excellent place to stay. Food is nice. Moreover, everyone associated to this hotel is very welcoming and nice. Hotel situated on the very top of the hill and comes with great. I must say they were always trying to rectify those issues.

We had nice experience of stay at hotel, Rooms were clean and hygiene, washroom were also clean and hygiene, at extra cost you can get room heater. Staff was very good, room service was great. Food was also good. On demand they can arrange bonfire, but you need to pay for that. Overall it was great experience.

It's very dirty, rooms have moulds, the entire passage smells of bathroom. Restaurant service and food is very bad. You can get much better option in that amount. Check the pictures to see the condition of ceiling and walls. The walls have boot marks all over.

The stay was really nice. Everyone in the hostel was very friendly and helpful. The place is huge and clean. Food is top notch. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a stay in Mussoorie. Do book and enjoy the food and the view.

I stayed in the Mountain View Room along with my parents for 2 nights. Food quality was nice. They customized as per our taste. Views from our window was mesmerizing during sunrise and sunset. Staff behaviour was excellent. Lift is available for elderly people. It is located 10 mins walking from the Mall road, so very easy to explore the mall road on foot. All amenities are available here. Overall a great experience. I will visit again definitely. Highly recommended for all age groups.....
