We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThis hotel doesn't clearly state that they do not accept international Visa cards. Only the local Indian cards are accepted. There was also difficulty in having staff understand requests. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant but perhaps another hotel that accepted international visa would. be preferable for the same rating.

IndiaThe bedsheets were dirty, pillows were smelly and very uncomfortable. Bathroom had drain smell. They given only 1ltr water and any exact of bisleri is chargeable. The doors not easily openable, faced issued every time i stepped out.
The hotel looks good from outside. Also had parking facility. Staff were friendly and good food 👌🏻.

Indiawhile booking it was mentioned that breakfast is complimentary. But this was not allowed by the hotel which resulted in an argument. But we had to agree to avoid un pleasant situation at the very beginning. Please look into this as I had similar experience earlier also.

FranceWe paid for a luxury king room, but it was obvious (from seeing other previously vacated rooms with doors left ajar) that our room was not anywhere near that standard. The room had peeling wallpaper, the painted walls were dirty, the floor-covering was worn, the electrical sockets were partially detached, the plumbing fittings were loose, the view through the dirty window was onto wasteland, etc. In other words, we paid extra money for a dirty, potentially dangerous and shabby room: we were ripped off.
The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good. The location was perfect for us.
