The items were very basic and typical, hardly any choice for live cooking, juice served in paper cups, plastic ice cream spoons for tea…better stuff is expected from renowned restaurateur like Kamat. While the overall cleanliness was okay, we had to get the toilet cleaned after we checked in.
Room size is fine. Staff were helpful and efficient.

United Kingdomthe bold manager at the front was very rude - we called prior to travelling asking do we need anything and they said no - we travelled for 14 hours and once we got to the hotel they denied our stay as one person in the group (my mum) didn’t have ID - they said they had written this in the terms however nothing was stated - they were not reasonable and showed no compassion to us travelling ( I was with my grandma, mum and wife) and they didn’t even think to say we can accommodate you - the guy on the front desk (no hair dude) was being very rude and we asked to speak to a manager and he didn’t even let us speak to them - we found a better hotel a few mins down the road - I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as first it smells really bad around the hotel like dead fish and also the staff were rubbish - there are much better hotels before this and I would think twice before booking.
