The hotel is located 10 km away from the main chakrata market in a remote, beautiful location. Amenities are basic but clean and sorted. Value for money.

IndiaThe toilet and rooms should have more supplies - standard supply of toiletries like hand-soap, shampoo, body wash etc., a tea-coffee making facility with some supplies would have been nice.
1. The view from all the rooms are excellent. All rooms are front facing towards a common yard area, and you can see the full view of green hills on every side. 2. The property is close to Tiger Falls, the location is secluded and serene. 3. The staff are very good an polite. They are very helpful too. 4. The Food is delicious and reasonably priced. We had regular breakfast and dinner there, which were really good.

IndiaHygiene was a big problem. too many flies in the room. No cupboard in the room to keep your stuff. No lobby or reception. One person is the receptionist, room service, housekeeping bell boy etc. just making a few rooms should not qualify it as a hotel and be listed on a site like booking .com with 8+ rating.
Buffet breakfast should be organized. If necessary, can be included in the room charges.

IndiaConstruction going on, outdoor sitting arrangements are full of sand and dust. No signage in the night. Bathroom latch broken (room 102). No electric geyser in the lower floor (an electric heating rod is provided though). A very serious problem of flies in the property. Even the restaurant and kitchen is full of them. You don’t get a sense of hygiene due to this problem.
Great location, helpful staff, clean room and sheets, enough parking space. Good range of food available given the remote location.
