Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I don't know why I have to feel harrassed each time I book any accommodation through your website. This feeling of being harrassed has arisen since the first time I booked almost 3 years. United Kingdom1. The receptionist was extremely rude and very nosey, inquisitive about the guest. I had my booking through booking.com and he seemed oblivious as to how that worked. 2. He refused to accept to change the rooms when it was found to be dirty claiming the rooms are very clean. clearly there were bad stains on the bedding and the walls and the maintenance was awful 3. The receptionist also claimed that they don’t generate bills at night. when I clearly told him that I would be checking out early hours of the morning and there was no provision made to arrange a proper bill. 4. completely understaffed and the staff that is available is throughly unprofessional

IndiaThis is really such a bad experience with you. I am calling the call center for the last 4 days and I confirmed that I am booking for this hotel for three days for one person.Later, I modified this booking for two persons.Your executive said that he has changed my booking and that I have to pay an extra charge of only six hundred rupees. I agreed and my booking was upgraded. However, when I checked in the hotel, I was informed that my booking was for one person only. I was told if you want to stay here you have to pay 1000 rs extra for one day. And your staff behaviour is very bad, they are rude and obnoxious. Breakfast was pathetic. The coffee was cold. I didn't have breakfast even a single day. Its realiy bad bad bad experience with you.. the service was third class. I had to l pay 8500 hundred rupees for third class hotel and manager's behabiour is very bad. He was rude and was arguing with all the customers.
