The room could have been prepared better for my arrival, I asked for the room floor to be cleaned and immediately the staff helped out, they were very helpful and nice !

Staff were very nice and helped me out with anything I needed in a very timely manner ! The room was very spacious aswell as the bathroom/ shower which I liked !

Ground floor room window can open from outside. The windows both sides lock was broken and unable to lock. Felt very unsecured. They should not release the room to the guest.

Greedy people. Demanded advance payment which was not mentioned in your offer. Despite of paying full room charges before start of the stay, they were asking extra money. I don't know why I have to feel harrassed each time I book any accommodation through your website. This feeling of being harrassed has arisen since the first time I booked almost 3 years. Really pathetic booking.com.....

The entrance is in a bad condition and no was available to help. . At the time of check in as no one was available in the reception and we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes.

Cleanliness was abysmal. Staff was skeletal and rude, communication with them very difficult. The amount of noise in the early mornings makes it difficult to sleep. All towels had strange stains on them. Would not go back here

1. The receptionist was extremely rude and very nosey, inquisitive about the guest. I had my booking through booking.com and he seemed oblivious as to how that worked. 2. He refused to accept to change the rooms when it was found to be dirty claiming the rooms are very clean. clearly there were bad stains on the bedding and the walls and the maintenance was awful 3. The receptionist also claimed that they don’t generate bills at night. when I clearly told him that I would be checking out early hours of the morning and there was no provision made to arrange a proper bill. 4. completely understaffed and the staff that is available is throughly unprofessional

This is really such a bad experience with you. I am calling the call center for the last 4 days and I confirmed that I am booking for this hotel for three days for one person.Later, I modified this booking for two persons.Your executive said that he has changed my booking and that I have to pay an extra charge of only six hundred rupees. I agreed and my booking was upgraded. However, when I checked in the hotel, I was informed that my booking was for one person only. I was told if you want to stay here you have to pay 1000 rs extra for one day. And your staff behaviour is very bad, they are rude and obnoxious. Breakfast was pathetic. The coffee was cold. I didn't have breakfast even a single day. Its realiy bad bad bad experience with you.. the service was third class. I had to l pay 8500 hundred rupees for third class hotel and manager's behabiour is very bad. He was rude and was arguing with all the customers.

Worst hygiene level. I mean I could have stayed outside with my own bedding than staying here. Dirty bathroom, dirty and smelly bedsheets and pillow sheets. I wonder how can it gets so good reviews. All reviews seems to be fake on bookings. Worst experience.
