Breakfast can be improved as as it has limited options. If you order room service, it's good but need to specifically tell them to bring it hot, else u end up eating cold food. Car Parking can be improvised. We had to park outside, as their parking allows to put a car behind another car, so difficult to move or has to wait for other person to remove his xar.

The stay was v.comfortable. Particularly, people are very helpful. Ganapthy(Owner) was very nice & courteous, he tried to suggest best routes to reach to attractions easily. This is the best location of Treebo hotels in Gonikoppal I've experienced so far. They have v.nice staff. Manager Bikki is v.accommodating of any possible requests. The staff Gagan & Sharath are very helpful & courteous towards guests. His staff tried to serve to their best possible way. Rooms are excellent, facilities are good. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks to Bikki & her entire staff for their services.Truly appreciable, very nice hotel, would surely recommend this Treebo Durga Boji Hotel.

Few basic amenities need attention and improvement. Fan speed was quite slow even at full range. Food quality and variety needs improvement as most of them are north Indian dishes with very less south indian variety. Almost zero spices in most of the foods. Dressing table could have been placed bit far from bathroom as it was very close to it which was nit uncomfortable. Most importantly only one charging point kept near the phone which was very challenging as we need to use the same for multiple phone charging as well as for heating water kettle. The room was too small with many things not set up in right place. In the night it was bit warm sometimes but since the fan speed was not good it was sweating a bit. We did not use AC as it was too cold.

Location of the hotel is quite a centre point where easy to access via car and autos. Also various food outlets and shops within 2kms range. Quality of hotel is quite good. All staff are very courteous and friendly. Specific to mention receptionist Biky was very helpful and always present whenever needed. 24hrs hot water was available. Daily room cleaning was quite good.

Kitchen above the 4th floor is very unhygienic and very noisy from morning to evening. We could not sleep quietly. We bought into the notice of management..Staff in the kitchen are playing with gas cylinders while shifting from one place to another, which brings loud noise to those below rooms.
