The bathroom and toilet weren't maintained at all

There was nothing much to like about this property. The breakfast was fairly decent and palatable as we ate early in the morning. One thing I have to mention is that, whenever I book the economy hotels, cleanliness I have to compromise. These kinds of properties are out of the main road and have not many facilities. Even finding a restaurant is difficult.

No restaurant in the hotel,found difficult for lunch and dinner ,only one complimentary water bottle provided per day which is not sufficient for the family,instead provide aquagaurd in each floor

Check out time to be reduced. The Credit Card machine was not working. Now contactless payment possible and you do not have the latest equipment. On the first day the lift was working properly.

Ok place to stay... The room was spacious but does not accommodate 4 persons... Room cleanliness is not sso great, hot water for bath not available, restuarant is not functioning..

At entrance to the facility the slope is very steep and broken with jelly all over and no safe steps built and risk of falling is more by seniors Hot water geyser to be fitted as in the system now installed the mild warm water only supplied hand shower is broken .Mirror on bath room was horrible as it had brown patches all over shabby mirror for the high tariff inmates pay .soap cake not given we are not comfortable to use liquid soap for bathing .Breakfast included in tariff to be available by 7.30 AM instead of 8.30 am delaying leaving hotel to attend our work .

Cot size for single cot, I fell down as it was so undersized in the width.Length was Ok.Cant turn while sleeping,only straight sleeping ,could not sleep for three nights properly Breakfast timing start and end.. Poor room service ,phone normally goes unattended. Major improvememt required. Very less menu available ,although menu card has more.Only two/ three choices . Staff behaviour good. Location very good .

1. Behaviour of the receptionist/caretaker - Mr Prakash was cold and unwelcoming. Also please ask him to be properly dressed, he keeps moving around in shirts and shorts - a strict no no for service industry. 2. Breakfast would start only after 8:30 am - normally elsewhere it starts at least by 7:30 am. I had to miss breakfast on Day1 due to this as I had to start by 8 am for my meeting. 3. Curtain in the room was burnt - a visible sense of displeasure for any guest (picture1) 4. Walls were shabby in patches - (picture2a,2b) 5. AC would remain fixed at 23 deg Celsius 6. Kettle and cups were provided but no tea bags or coffee pouches - (picture3) 7. No assortments were present in the refrigerator 8. The cupboard can come down anytime as the interlocks are all gone - (picture4&5) 9. The bathing area enclosure in not fully enclosed - (picture6)

Pathetic experience regarding cleanliness. All linen including pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were too dirty. The washroom was not clean. The basin tap had tiny worms.

1.The bed sheet was clean, but the bed was not. 2.Room switches were not working properly. 3.tv remote was not working properly 4. Till you dont ask free water bottle per day , they will not give.

i was travelling ALONE from blore ... i reached early morning n my meeting was at 9.30am after so many request / mails .... i could not get EARLY check in .... which i was very upset ... so i have to look out for immd lodge to refresh n go for my meeting .... it was so pathetic. if you are so rigid in chk in time and it is very difficult for me to stay in your property for my future stay Although you have good n hygienic place with good staff AM SORRY .... VERY DISPPOINTED

Breakfast is strictly Indian with not a lot of choice.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull and the location was good for us. Just check what you are planning to visit before booking. Room was nice and big and had a nice warm shower.

First, we didn't expect it to be a home stay. No towels in the room. The bathroom wasn't all that great. We didn't even feel like using the kettle.

The room was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us in our family. The location was quiet and nice.
