It's a lovely hotel. Clean, affordable, and really price worthy. Staffs are really helpful. Complimentary breakfast is really nice. I can't complain about that. Rooms are spacious and nice. The main positive points are you can go anywhere from this hotel in a walking distance. It has parking space on its own at basement. Whenever I will go to pondicherry I will stay here only, without any second doubt. This was my first Treebo experience and I am overwhelmed.

We stayed for one night here. Room was very spacious with facilities like AC, coffee maker and all the high class facilities.Hospitality of the staff was good really good. All staff were humble and was speaking politely. Parking area was bit congested but manageable. Hotel is located in white town and it is walkable to most of the tourist places in Pondy. Also good cafes are nearby. Overall the experience was good.

Hotel is at a great location. The staff here are very cooperative and friendly. They provide great service and hospitality. We had complimentary breakfast and it was good enough. Rooms were kept clean. They have decent parking space as well which is very much needed in white town area.

Perfect hotel near white town. White town and beach both are at walkable distance from Treebo Trend Grace Inn. The staff is helpful and supportive. The rooms were clean and spacious. All required basic things were there, and had a good experience. It is the nearest budget friendly hotel to white town. You can consider without any hesitation or second thought.

Best hotel. Best staffs. Best service. Best breakfast. We found everything best there. The hotel was so best and clean, all breakfast spreads were so tasty. No need to think twice while enjoying your stay and breakfast there. It is 7-8 minutes walkable distance from Rock and promenade beach. Most recommended stay.

Value for money stay very close to Promenade/Rock Beach in the heart of the city. Good rooms and complimentary breakfast. Parking is in the basement and is limited to around 7-8 cars max and some bikes. Overall a good experience and I'd stay here for my next visit as well.

Had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to rock beach. Breakfast buffet was incredible with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Value for money. Good pleasant staff with good hospitality. My mom was a senior citizen and staff provided breakfast to the room. We are new to puducherry and asked the manager kannan if they can arrange for a rental wheel chair and within a few minutes he arranged for it. Actually the plus point of this hotel is the location. Very good experience overall. Hotel staff do arrange cabs as well. Will come back in August again.

Climate is little hot in April and May.

Front office Staffs guided me right from bus stand. Rooms was very clean pleasant and spacious. Hot water facility is available 24/7. Breakfast was highlight and awesome with varieties of dosa {masala, onion and podi). Good dining with sea view on roof top. Room cleaning done on daily basis and on call. Front office staff provided me with a list of sites to visit and they arranged a rental bike for me as well. Very nice location all restaurants and sea is just 10 minutes walkable distance only. I will surely recommend this guest house to my friends and relatives. Happy and very comfortable stay.

The air conditioning wasnt working, went in April and we couldn't sleep, drenched in our sweat. Breakfast was poor and limited.

The room was spacious for 3 adults and 1 kid, the location is the only plus for this hotel.

service for cleaning room, while we reach the first day they didn't provide a lot of things in the hotel, like mosquito coil, toothbrush nothing was there. we had later requested when we got to know in the night that there is a lot of mosquitoes. Even after calling them in reception people are not coming we had to go down to ask them help.
