The room was full of cigarette smell when we entered. The bedsheet does not seem to have been changed. Kettle for hot water was there but no cups nor items for preparation of tea were provided.

The location was perfect for us as it is very close to the Airport. The staff were very quick to attend to us though we arrive very late. it was almost 01.00 am.

There were rats above the ceilings which was disturbing us during our sleep , rest were all good.

Welcoming & Friendly staff , modern ambiance , budget friendly & located in the good location - good for a transit stay , kitchen staff even provided us sandwiches for the next morning since we had early check out and bf wouldn’t have been served by the time.

The room was a bit dusty and I would have appreciated if the floors had been swept. The bedsheets and blanket la were old. This hotel okay for transit. Wouldn’t stay for more than 1 night.

The room was a good size for family of 3. The washroom was clean and and the basic stuff needed. We checked in at 2 am and there was no problem.

We booked 2 double bed room and 1 single bedroom. But they provide us 3 single bedroom. It became very difficult to stay 2 adults and 1 child in a small bed.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible. There were a lot of mosquitoes which made it difficult to sleep and the bedsheets were all stained. The washroom was clean but was extremely stinky because of the open drains near the shower area.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Immediate response whenever required. It was the only thing I liked about my stay.

This used to be a nice hotel, but some rooms are not in good shape at present and need immediate renovation. The corridor was quite noisy, which lasted until midnight.

Needs a good cleaning....very grubby Apart from the receptionist, unfriendly staff. Even if they don't speak English, a smile is international Very poor breakfast served very late. We didn't go until 8.30 and virtually nothing prepared. It's an airport handy hotel. I'd expect an earlier start than that.

Fridge not working, Internet not working, No Dental kit, no shaving kit, no Towels provided unless asked, only 1 ltr bottle permissible per day. If you need more, you need to pay. Breakfast menu needs to be revised.

One free water bottle per room per day only even if twin occupation, charges of Rs 45 for extra bottle, non functional dining hall coupled with absence of good restaurants near by. Rooms too small both single and double occupancy by any standard and hence congested.

Neatness, amenities like AC, hot water, tv etc. fully functional, Fair pricing, customer oriented staff, space for private parking.

the entrance is not visible from the road. without google maps it's quite difficult to find hotel location. Room & Bed was ok but the room size seems smaller than I saw in the property photos. there is no good restaurant nearby hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night. as I had to catch a flight the next morning, so booked a hotel nearby the airport. It's just 15-20 min drive from the airport. the room was neat and clean. The bed was ok. As a transit hotel, you can stay here. hotel stuffs are helpful. all-together it was Good.
