In my room fan regulator was damaged condition and it may cause a heavy risk when we start to use the fan regulator.

Breakfast is good and the hotel location is easily accessible from Pune Airport.

There should be a door mat near entrance of every room to maintain cleanliness in the rainy season. The location doesn't offer you scenic beauty if you're here for leisure.

The property is located right next to the Sangarsh chowk, easily accessible by any mode of transport including walking. You can have meals at the restaurant on ground floor plus multiple options available at 2-3 min walking distance. Very economic rate if you're a group of 2 per room.

Wifi is a bit disappointing, I faced disruption in network connectivity.

The staff was polite and attentive. The location of this property is fantastic, Pheonix Mall, EON IT Park, WTC are nearby and easily accessible. The room was neat and spacious, room service was excellent.

AC was not working...had to manage without AC when now climate has become hot....really not acceptable.. You need to tell the hotel to get AC checked for entire hotel and should be in working conditon....they cannot say...its not working...else give another room.. Why should customer suffer due to their negligience Not acceptable

This hotel is a pretty decent hotel. If your budget is low then it's a good choice. The rooms are a little small but cozy. The TV doesn't have many channels to watch (only Hindi channels). There is an AC though in the room which I'm staying in, which is a plus for me. They have free wifi (just ask for the password at the lobby). There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel so you don't need to walk around to find something to eat. If you need room service (like cleaning the room, coffee sachets, tea bags, etc) you'll have to request it, they don't have a daily room cleaning and update service. All in all an okay hotel but if you are in a quick fix this is a decent choice

Management should look onto areas like cooked or fry food smell are coming in room sometimes very uncomfortable and stinky.

Located in middle of the city and plenty of food option specially people fond of Biriyani,Kabab etc..Good For one person or a couple,rooms are clean,Toilet are little small but ok,hot water available all time.
