Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaIt could have had natural light. Also the location on Google maps is wrong, so I had to walk a bit with my bags. It's just a few metres but they could change the location to make life easier for guests.

IndiaThe rooms were too small from the photos shown which was deceiving and there was no ventilation. The bathrooms were dirty, and very small beds. The food will be available after fighting with the staff even when we arrive within the time limit. We literally stayed in a dungeon for 13k. A horrible experience won't recommend to anyone. When I had bought these complaints to the treebo customer care, they gave zero fcuks and gave a plain statement of sorry. Sorry for what??giving crappy facilities and minting money??

IndiaNothing was to like, small rooms, no queen beds instead 2 single beds. No ventilation resulting in a very stinky bathroom. No toiletries apart from brush and toothpaste. Unclean utensils. Very bad food. The location is also very bad, hard to get transport unless you walk an half a km.
The only good thing was the staff being nice. However, they had their limitations given the facilities.

Sri LankaEverything, I think the reviews are written by the staff themselves, the reviews and the actual experience is so far apart. Bluntly put they are lying, everything from the room size to the WIFI to the location is a lie.
This is probably the worst stay we have ever had in India. Absolutely catfished, from the start we found that the reviews were not true at all. please see below, 1. The WIFI was really bad, 2. It was not near any of the food places or eateries, 3. The toilet did not have toiletries or even a dust bin, 4. The TV has only Indian channels, 5. The staff are very poorly trained and don't know how to treat guests 6. We were charged INR 500 for a sheet which had some stains (which could have been easily washed off) 7. Breakfast was bad, while we were waiting in queue to get tea, staff members rudely cut in line and took tea in the middle.
