Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IndiaThe next day I came to check out and mentioned to the guy with the specs of the whole ordeal who was least interested in even offering a compensation. You know what they did for me, they took out 180 rupees from the in room dining bill for a flood. When I say flood I mean it. It was like 26th July in the room with water where your feet would dip into. I myself being a hotelier would actually hold back from writing such huge reviews but these guys deserve it. They lack empathy, sympathy and sense of ownership for anything. Especially the lady who doesn't give two cents of what's happening. No urgency in resolving anything WASTE OF MONEY, TIME, PATIENCE, ENERGY AND WIFI WHEN IT CAME TO BOOKING THIS HOTEL AND YES WASTE OF BREATH WHILE DEALING WITH THEIR SUPERB STAFF. I unfortunately can't upload a video as the site doesn't allow.
.It was our Marriage day and we took this room for my Wife to get ready as it was the closest to our hall and rest of the other properties were sold out. We had booked a day prior to check in early which we did. We both reached there around 11 am. Amidst getting ready, while the Make up artist was working and all our clothes including the bridesmaid's clothes were kept in the corner on the chairs the ceiling above started leaking or I should say flooding. We immediately called reception. The first response we got was, "move your clothes if it's leaking" Then a person came down and looked at the leak and didn't even bother to help us move things. I went to the reception to speak to the person and the lady receptionist literally was so arrogant and casual mentioned, ya it's leaking because there is some work going on. She didn't want to come and check it nor did she want to offer us a room move. It was when I mentioned to her that you should atheist move us is when she thought about it and offered a move. After we had almost moved 75% of our make up, clothes, camera equipment etc is when the hotel bothered to send someone to assist us. In the middle of this leakage when all of us were in a panic, the room service personnel wanted us to sign on a check and close the order for a sweetlime juice that was placed earlier. Room service took atleast 45 Mims to come through. I had mentioned to the lady receptionist that we won't be paying for the second night due (which may be a bit too much from my end) however I still expect them to compensate for to the damage (wet clothes, camera equipment) her response was, "this isn't fair that you won't pay for the night just because there is a leakage in your room and your clothes and equipment is damaged" to which I mentioned I don't think you could give me a solution however I'd like to speak to someone who can.
