1. Bathrooms was very small . Complimentary kits like dental kit , saving kit , combs ,shower cap was not kept in the bathroom .I called them frequently for asking them . 2.In morning there was no hot water available for bathing .They took my entire family to other room for bathing that was really horrible experience. 3. Room dining was very slow even one cup of tea takes around 45 min Overall no go 4. I carried my luggage till room no one came for support

Things we felt lacking: 1. This place does not have a DG Backup. We experienced power cut for almost an hour that too in morning check-out rush time. 2. We had water outage in washroom, that too while using the loo in morning! We enquired and were told that hotel is running completely fine in water storage. So we are clueless with how this can happen. 2. Staff highly lacks professionalism. Can be improved though with proper training and it never felt that they lack intent. 3. There is much lacking in cleanliness of the room. We found hair and settled dust in parts of room and furniture adjacent to bed, but who will attend them at 1.30am checked in? Definitely not up to the Treebo standard. 4. Worst breakfast ever for me in a 3-star hotel. Menu had only Batata vada (full fat), Misal pao (full maida) and poha. No cut fruits, only banana that too slightly raw. Chai felt more like a sugar syrup, bet my 6 year old neice can prepare better chai. Spoons were provided directly after washing and without wiping them. All of us felt the snacks at a local dhaba much more fulfilling after we checked out. 5. Misleading labels in washroom. Shower gel was labelled as handwash. It was advertised that branded toiletry would be provided, but there was zero toiletry provided. No dental kit, no soap, no shampoo or moisturizer. 6. Our room also had loose charging sockets and switches. Charging phones felt like lottery! 7. This property can be a good experience, if property is well maintained and staff is professional and knows how food menu shall be organized.

Things to like 1. We checked in at 1.30 am at night and the reception guy acted professionally with the check in and never seemed he was working half asleep. 2. Bathroom was clean and hygeine seemed good in bathroom. 3. Bed was comfortable and plushy. Room felt well presented in first view.

Cutlery can be cleaned better in the rooms. Some small services that we ask for like warm milk at night, oil sachets etc. can be provided at cost.

Everything went very smoothly right from booking to checkout. Rooms are very beautiful with interesting notes placed in the room. Staff was outstanding, everyone talking well and always ready to solve any problem faced by guests. Morning breakfast at the terrace is like a cherry on top of this property and should not be missed by anyone.

Bed could be way more soft, but I've had worse matraces in India. So, still for this price, it was a great stay. Cleanliness is basically good. They care every day. But as in most accommodations in India, they only clean the ground and care for the dust on table. The lower wall tiles in the shower had little old dirt which the cleaning employees always not see. But that I faced almost everywhere in India and that's why I will not judge it too much at this accommodation. Bcz all the rest was extremely good.

Absolutely value the money. There were only very few negative aspects. Most things were perfect. Very nice stuff. The complimentary breakfast was great, more than expected. Everything was there: water kettle, central heated water, shower gel, towels, etc.

Hot water was not available in one of the rooms. Wifi was slow. TV remotes were missing, hence could not use the TV. We had to pay for the child additionally even though the booking clearly stated we had booked for the child as well. Felt cheated and appalled at both the hotel and booking.com

The hotel staff is very helpful about everything. Hotel is located near centre of the nashik city helps to plan your travel to desired location. Great service from the staff. I asked the receptionist if I could stay for 1 hour more as the rooms were not occupied and I had the exam on the same day. I even asked them to charge me for that but they asked me to wait in the waiting area and I waited for more than 3 hours in the lobby as my exam was at 4 pm and I got tired and left the building at 3. So to sum up....staff is not supportive at all. They didn't even provide a print out that I needed and neither the wifi was working. No in house restaurant and the breakfast was also the worst!!!

Room cleanliness was good but room was a little claustrophobic as there was no cross ventilation and the open space inside the room was very little.

I caught busy in the work in the previous day and Treebo cancelled the booking without warning due to their 50% prepayment policy that is nowhere mentioned in Booking.com. Now they have cancelled the booking but did not changed the status in booking.com. Now it looks like I have to pay the cancellation fee of 50% due to a cancellation that is made by Treebo. Great! Sorry to say I liked Treebo hotels but looks like Not going to stay in any Treebo hotel in future. Also I had to use makemytrip for this trip. So looks like have to quit Booking.com after using it in 4 continents.

I had stayed in this hotel before and liked pretty much everything about the hotel, so when another Nashik trip came, I booked this hotel without looking further. The location is good, the hotel is not bad but quitting due to Treebo's unwarranted cancellation policy
