Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IndiaAllotted only 2nd floor room despite special request but had no elevator facility! The location of the TV unit in the room was totally incorrect since it should have been on direct/straight line vision from the bed. Maybe the Split AC indoor unit & the TV unit as existing now inside the room should get swapped.
Did not choose breakfast option at the time of booking but still had Continental Breakfast on 13th December that was well prepared inhouse by Abhijit although the menu spread was limited.
