The receptionist's behaviour was not right. To get water I had to call repeatedly. Did not give water at the time of check in. After that the hotel cancelled the booking. And he did not give the bill for the booking.

India1. Booking.com acceted the full payment and denied to refund against not provided the facility. I had book the room including breakfast (3 days) also paid full amount in advance but the hotel management refused to provide breakfast. 2. The property has no appropriate own parking space. 3. This is a red pellow hotel, many young couples are visiting this hotel at hourly basis. 4. Cleaning was not upto the mark, bedsheet were unwashed and used. 5. Hotel management is not providing bath soap.
The hotel manager suggested me upfront to contact with online hotel booking company to get refund for not providing the breakfast. He was very much clear about having payment and not going to provide me 3 days breakfast. In fact this hotel has no restaurant facility and Booking.com is showing incorrect thing and having full payment and they denied to look into the complaint.
