Behaviour of restaurant staff. I waited for 10 mins in restaurant for Menu card. They did not provide. When I asked should I go outside for food, they replied yes you can. Also there was no towel in the room initially

Extremely unprofessional people, the receptionist who was attending to us was extremely rude and disrespectful. The rooms were small and very very very unhygienic and dirty. The bed sheets were dirty and the food was bad.

In my room intercom was not working, huge garbage left in front of my room, in website it was mentioned electric kettle in room, but it was not for standard and deluxe room as informed by dest executive, morning tea is available from 7.30 AM, room size of deluxe room is too small, so for overnight stay is ok but not good for long stay, in deluxe room double occupancy one towel can not be justified. Any way over all experiences is average. Only best thing is parking facilities and location.

Didn't like anything. Waste of time,and regret about our choice of stay even though it was for one day. Totally a bad experience.

Nothing actually. No water was provided in the room. Booking once confirmed after taking 50%advance was cancelled on their own accord. After frustrating 30 mins calls to different people in the property they admitted their mistake by their financial department and reinstated our booking. The start was thus very bad. Kettle requested a d also part of facilities was not provided despite requesting them due to my ill health. Breakfast was in edible and total waste. There is nothing pleasent about our stay in this premises and would never recommend it to anyone.

Inexperienced, Unprofessional, Unaranged hotel ambiance. Even No complementary mineral waters provided, instead tap water filled in old glass bottles filled, with paper label markings one upon the other, Very unhygienic. Food overpriced. . Food quality was Pathetic. NO BUFFET BREAKFAST. INSTEAD LIMITED CHOICE OF BREAD/OMLET ETC. Quality is Substandard

In spite of informing my arrival earlier by 1 hr, room was not provided to us, this we had to go to some other hotel.

Had to leave for kolkata early in the morning at around 5am but the parking lights were switched off and i hurt myself in my left foot and right thumb mistaking a platform were my bullet was parked. My right thumb turned blue in a minute.

Everything from stay to room, services, and people giving the services were just exceptional and spot on. Food was just marvelous.

As far as budget hotels go, this is a good one. The room was small but hey, for the price I paid it was a good deal. Comfortable bed, clean bedding, super silent aircon, working hot water, tea and coffee, fast internet and very helpful staff.

The room size was too small to maneuver inside, it did not accept international credit cards for payment, breakfast was very poor and they took around 40 min to serve the bread and butter with omelet. they had choices of breakfast menu which are very poor. the restaurant staffs were new and untrained. room glasses (window) were not tinted. we have ordered foods (take away) which they could not pack properly. the foods were too much oily and spicy. Only one cook was available to serve. the hot water pot was not cleaned.

The officials, staff were very cordial to meet the expectations. Location of the hotel was good. clean rooms, beds, toilets. Good AC and hot water connection.

Breakfast should be rich as it is the start of the day.Beds are of spring mattress which is very uncomfortable. Bathroom and cleaning are perfect, location is also good but however it is costlier may be due to Durgapuja festival.

Breakfast was not so good , only 2 items available among many as per the menu.

When I arrived i informed that I was in a hurry to attend a meeting and was already late for the same. Told him that we will do the formalities once I come back till then they can keep my I'd proof. But they didn't understand this simple thing.. kept on doing all the formalities. Really pathetic I felt as a guest. Rooms were really very small. Even for a single person and I booked the room for two people. Door camera was broken and they kept tissue papers inside it . No maintenance at the property.

They kept our luggages after checkout as I requested.
