Mosquitos were the real concern although the cleanliness of the room was good the amount of mosquitos inside room was so irritating.

First location was so easily accessible as it was near to Gandhipuram bus stand. Room was good and breakfast was not bad though the items are limited it felt ok for the price.

The front office staff (an elder man) was not in good mood to receive guests nor ready to offer a smile or answering our enquiries. The parking is at a near by hotel.

There are a lot of things to say about this hotel. The staff are not ready to see the customers needs, they allocate the room like here and there for the family. They have given the worst room full of smoking smell that I am not ready to take. After having a big argument they changed rooms. I am very sorry, these people are ready to give rooms for bachelors for enjoying smoking, drinking, etc. This place is not suitable for families. Parking is a small place in front of the hotel and the location is also a small lane. Worst room and the bathroom towel bed sheets are not cleaned. The bathroom is very bad. The only thing is it is near the city center. Later we found Lakshmi Complex hotel, which is opposite to this hotel is very good with parking and all the accessories. Then the next day we moved to that hotel. As a whole worst hotel in my experience.

It is near by crosscut road. Other than nothing special in this hotel.

For some reason my booking got cancelled by the property stating that I haven't paid the booking amount which is a mandatory criteria for them to hold the booking. At the same time booking.com app says advanced payment is not required for booking and I can pay at the property. I had to go through the booking process again standing at the property outside with my family. Which is not what we were expecting. And for some strange reason the booking amount got shot up when we booked again.

Overall cleanness and comfort of the stay was very good.

The booking.com information did not show in their system. Their software is outdated. Despite showing proof for a booking for 2 adults, they kept arguing its for one person only. Could have been managed better.

Car parking was very very small hardly can park two cars with pillars very close by Rooms were very smelly with cigarette smoke even though they say non smoking rooms.

Only one of the staffs was lethargic and not welcoming when we reached there. His tone could have been better and we informed the manager about it. Manager and rest of the staffs were good.

The house keeping. When requested for a change in bedsheet as soon we checked in, which was looking unwashed, house keeper started with his rude behaviour, which wasn't expected and started telling it has been washed one itself. And when I showed the hairs on it, he didn't utter a word later. Ofcourse proofs prevail :)

Behaviour of Front office lady was good. And the complementary breakfast was good which again the front office lady who reminded us about it.

First I got confused. When I contacted the hotel number provided in the message a lady took the phone. I mentioned my name Vipin Xavier, she said there is no such booking in that name. I continuously tried contact them, same reply n finally she said, u please approach customer care 😡😡 I told that I have paid half the amount advance previous week, they continued the same manners... Finally I came directly to the hotel. The man sitting in the reception was cool n friendly the directly told me sir your booking is ok. I wonder whom the others I had conversation in phone..
