How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Treebo demands full payment and as we agreed with booking.com pay at hotel was the terms inspite of our request Treebo cancelled very rude manner unethically cancelled our booking.

Reception staff behaviour is extremely poor, at the time of booking i see the facility like iron, electricity cattle, toothbrush, soap, tea, nothing is there, when I ask for those things they said just do complain to booking.com, shower is non functional, soap case was broken, bathroom was very unclean. I stayed in this hotel 3 nights not a single day They cleaned my room. Last day's experience was terrible. halfway through my bathroom was the bathroom water was finished, required reception for weather they said wait for 10 minnuite, after 10 minnuite no water came to bathroom, then I have to go to reception for another bathroom, they take me to their staff bathroom, same thing happened after 3 minutes water dose not come, again I have to request them for one balti water they take me to 2 nd floor room no 205 bathroom and provide one bulti water and somehow I finish my bath, and check out. That was my life time experience.
In this hotel nothing is good without communication.

Put more room boys to take care of guests needs. thee is only one room boy in the hotel.
Break fast was very good. location is very good, and center of the city. stay was comfort. but no room boy around. The rooms are neatly maintained. No food is served in to room on request. But overall stay was comfortable.

The Receptionist just looked at me and even my booking was on his screen and said: We don't accept foreigners. The receptionist didn't even helped me out to find another place.

The timing of the hotel booking needs to be changed. 24 hours should be calc based on the time the customer want to chk in. Secondly the room service could be better atleast for refreshments
The rooms were spacious enough for 4 of us. Neatly maintained and good ambiance. The location of the hotel is ina good place

So poor that I don’t even want to think about this place anymore. Nothing is up to standard. Smoky room that they need to use loads of chemical spray to cover the small so it caused my allergy. Once I closed the window (need to as there is no net on it), I started coughing so hard non-stop. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. Next day I requested to changed the room but the manager said allergy was not his problem!!! After kept on pushing he finally let staff to start clean a room. Finally it’s ready at 4:00pm, guess what? they sprayed the room again! So I decided to stay in the same room as at least I aired it the whole day but asked them to change pillows because the pillows stink to smoke. Then the manager started to complain. He is so rude and unfriendly that I finally lost my temper and decided to move out next day. For whatever happened they never apologise, even charged me an extra bottle I’ve asked. They requested me to pay cash as machine didn’t work, and so far they still didn’t send me the invoice by email as promised. Cockroaches in the room. Everything so disgusting.

duvet had some stains a fridge would have been welcomed
mostly clean dealt with queries quickly facilities worked staff were excellent especially the night manager giving us support with our next destination within India lovely bathroom comfortable mattress
