Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaThe rooms are dirty, with old and unhygienic bed sheets and a blanket. There's no proper water in the taps, and the sink was blocked.
What I like most is the location, as it's on the main road with a local market nearby.

IndiaI’ve stayed at this property twice, and we already knew the service was subpar and needed improvement. They assured me things would be better for the next visit, but clearly, they never learn. In fact, they somehow manage to make each visit worse than the last. This time, we had to switch to another hotel because they gave our room away to someone with a personal booking! They always urge you to book privately by giving you a counter offer but avoid this at all cost
Honestly, it’s a terrible place to stay. Don’t even think about visiting if you’re traveling with kids or women with your family—you’ll just end up ruining your day and your trip. On top of that, these clowns will suddenly come up with new hotel policies, argue with you to no end, and refuse to let you check in, even if you’ve informed them in advance about your arrival time. The owner seriously needs some lessons in basic manners because he’s incredibly rude.

SpainPlease DO NOT book! I booked it for 6 days through but after I got there, the condition of the bathrooms was so bad that I changed it to the minimum that I could which was 3 days. The bathroom fittings were completely oxidized and black. The toilet seat did not fit the pot. The shelf below the basin was held by a wooden log. The windows were so dusty that we never even opened the curtains. They changed my room when I complained but it was the same just a little bigger room. The pictures here are probably 10-20 years old or heavily edited to make it look new and clean. I was told that the rooms on the upper floors were newer and better but they were full. I was told by their customer service line that I would be refunded the remaining amount which was almost Rs. 10,000. I kept asking them for 2 months every 3-4 days to give me the refund but I always got the same response that there is some technical issue and they will initiate it within 24 hours. They had stopped replying to my emails asking for the refund status. I finally got the refund after 2.5 months.
The staff is nice but amateur. Most of them are teenage boys. The food was okay and the service was good.
