Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Indiacheckin is 12pm we reached at 3pm. Rooms were not ready.Bed lenin and pillow were very dirty. I saw cleaning crew did not change bedsheet and pillow cover. They just tugged in the used bedsheet. Bathroom water outlet bugs were flying. There is shower but no hot water supply. Only hot water was available in the tap so we had to use dirty bucket and mug to take bath. They gave us a room which had a broken key hole. The hotel manager used a screw driver to open. We ask for other room and they were giving us other room which was already occupied. We did not use lift because there was frequent power cuts. Our room was in 2nd floor my 80 year old father had to climb stairs.
