Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Some digging work going on, but my room was on opposite side, so no problem Dislike - while there is breakfast small buffet and dinner (no lunch, can order from swiggy, zomato), the quality of food is average. Can fill your stomach. Overall great place for a 3 star hotel. Amazing staff

PortugalBreakfast is very very weak. There is very little variety and the dining room could be the cafeteria in a (bad) factory. The bread is white and almost a synonym with 100% sugar. The staff was generally nice but some didn't know a word of English and failed to understand even the most basic requests. And when checking out the member of the staff took almost 20 minutes to issue the invoice! We had asked for a twin room and were given a room with a large bed. The programs available on TV were almost 100% Indian productions.
This is a very inexpensive hotel in Gachibowl, near the Hitech City of Hyderabad. The location isn't perfect but it's okay. The room is large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and accommodating (however, read the following section for more). The bathroom was the best I've seen in India - however, we had to ask for toilet paper (a common occurrence).
