Hot water not came in the Morning Hours . Only very Luke warm water came . No hot water in Tap. The Breakfast , some items are over within 9.30 AM , example - Boiled eggs are not available . The access from Fun-city junction main road to the property is quite far. By walk its 20 mins , and necessary to have a vehicle.

breakfast is so important in the hotel stay. If the the breakfast is good then that day is beautiful have only one compliant about the breakfast .This type of breakfast is not the standard .There is no nice restaurant ,eating the breakfast like Refuges' saw people fights for omelette. Refilling take too much time. breakfast time is 8 to 10 mean up to 10 o'clock food should be there.(after 9.15 no food on the counter) My suggestion make a nice restaurant in the hotel( not on the roof). Siting chair and table should be slandered ( not school bunch and desk). even if food is not tasty, food should be refill on time

Breakfast could be better . It fell short of our expectations as per our past experience from Treebo hotel in Thanjavur. Hygiene must be maintained in serving breakfast. Plastic Plates for breakfast were too old to be used.

The room was nice and spacious for our family of 5 . The facilities were good.

Approach roads need to be tarred.

The property is clean and the staff is well trained. Food is great and the restaurant might not accommodate all guests at a time, especially in the morning. Having enough parking space for guests though the approach is narrow and not tarred from the main road. It has pleasing views of tea estates just opposite the property and great view of the morning sun rise. Overall experience is a good and safer place for family accommodation.

Buffet breakfast was good, but plates weren't clean. Location view is very good but the road is very congested. More importantly didn't like the behaviour of the staffs on our check in as it was midnight. I had already msged them about the time still there were no one at the reception and we had to wait for half an hr at the reception.

The water supply would stop suddenly in the morning during bath time. That was a very big inconvenience. The hotel is situated on a hill side which can be a bit difficult to drive . Also since it's outside the town, it can be difficult in case you want to go to the town in the evening

Rest everything was not upto the mark . Breakfast was bad , rooms bed sheets were not clean . You have to go to the common area to refill the water bottles . Not at all value for money

Linen was unclean and torn ....tea and catering services extremely poor when as staff is not adequate as confirmed by hotel staff.room service needs to be improved......dinning for breakfast limited ....no space.... when rooms are more than 60 percent occupied . Vehicle parking is also limited...raising a rush between the guests to park their car as very limited parking spots are available....cable tv doesn't work......room standards including bed size not confirming with details hosted in the booking site... Overall bearable but definitely not value for money....It should be the last option ...if you get better hotels in the City...with same or even lesser rates with better facilities

Road to the property is not good, also parking space is not enough. There were interruptions in electricity, water and lift was not working in the 2nd day. Breakfast can be improved, they should add few more variety food items.

The road leading to the hotel was terrible. It was just mud road. Also, if the breakfast could start at 7:30 am it will be very helpful to those guests who want to start their day early.

The location of the hotel was beautiful, and the hotel staff was helpful and accomodative. Apart from the beauty of ooty, the pleasant smiles of the hotel-staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
