The mattress should have been more clean. It seemed not changed. The location could have been better. Toiletries except a common handwash and bodywash wasn't provided.

The staff was helping and kind. It was overall clean and all the basic facilities were provided.

Parking not available, TV doesn't work. Very rude staff specially ARIF. He claims to be a manager but i dont think so as his behavior was very rude, he argues and fight with the customers. They harrassed me on parking and had to suffer alot. Location is pathetic, labors all over street.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. AC didnt work properly and we try to adjust the atmosphere with fan which started giving heavy banging noise which didnt allow us to sleep peacefully. OYO 1000 rupees rooms are much more cleaner and spacious than this so called 3 star garbage store .

Rooms were ready to occupy and were neat. Though we were too late to arrive, the person in charge was friendly and did the formalities swiftly. They offered tasty complimentary breakfast at the room Since we were late, they permitted our stay upto 15:00 hrs on the same day.

Surrounding was untidy and messy. Otherwise everything was good. Pre-check-in modification of the dates were not honored. Post-check-in modification was allowed. Thanks for that.

Did not have breakfast. Location was close to my official work place, NIMHAN convention center. Hence I chose this hotel. Surrounding was untidy but inside the hotel, cleanliness was maintained. Staff were quite cordial.

Room ended before it started. No door lock, dirty bathroom, bathroom door did not close, cockroachs 🪳 in the bathroom. Bed sheet and pillow covers were torn. No window, completely closed room. When told to change the room, hotel said everything is filled, even when it was not. Even when told to clean the room the next day, they did not replace the sheets or pillows, etc. Please see pictures for better understanding. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Bed corners were very sharp and can hurt people in the night. Even bed headboard is made of lamitnated plywood, definitely need some soft cushion . The in-house TV needs access to more Channels. Toilets tiles need grouting and the water faucet needs maintenance.

The property is conveniently located , it's clean and had a comfortable stay for 12 days. The hotel staffs consists of Areef, Rafeeq, Sunila, Arif, Joshim, Minhaj, Arman,Ripan, Rupak were just awesome. They were pleasant, helpful, will definitely come back here in future.
