The local is very nice, but it takes litte use to for getting there easily. Close to metro, but the gate used is mostly locked, so you have to walk to it

Wi-Fi was unstable half the time, there were roaches in the room, pillow was stained, curtains and other items in the room were dirty, no shampoo was provided, although right behind the metro station one must take a long detour through a muddy, unlit road to reach the property

I feel the attendants are just random local guys who have no idea of the whereabout of the hotel facilities. I did not have hot water for the 2 days stay, despite telling the attendant (who just seems to be a teenager). The restaurant menu can be much better and the price a little less. I know what is a fair price give the location and situation. I can tell the menu is a little overpriced.

The breakfast is lazy. You could see it has to be provided for the sake of providing it. I have had better ones in other hotels with lesser rate. I was on a 7 city work tour and this has to be the worst in the complimentary breakfast. At least the senior guy at the reception was kind enough to let me keep my luggage for a few hours at the reception after my check out. Thanks for the free WiFi. I could do my work.

The location point on map was different than the hotel address. I kept rounding on the location thrice as per the map, and no one knew the hotel. Later, I booked another hotel to stay. There I found the address of the hotel was opposite the location shown on the map, which was far. I was searching for a hotel near to my destination. I found it a bit frustrating as there was no proper phone number to call and ask for the address as well.

I was not there. I don't know how the hotel is.
