Tried contacting the staff for breakfast timings. Telephone kept acting up leading to no breakfast.

The bathroom fittings were not working as desired , the shower and taps were not working properly . I stayed for 5 days and informed about the taps on day one , but still the same was not fixed . TV remote were not working properly . The mattresses and bedsheets + towels could have been more clean. The tea quality in breakfast could be improved . The parking space needs improvement

The chair is not available with the table so you are not able to work. Hair dryer not working. Led TV not working. The menu is not available in the room. No contact details mentioned in phone. No dental kit. Shampoo & Body was the same. Breakfast just ok. (Bread not available, Tost not available) Breakfast available after 08:30 am which is not good for business travelers) Dinner was not good (Served Tinde ki sabji) Overall, the experience wasn't good.

The hotel staff was helpful and polite. Budget friendly hotel with clean and hygienic room and toilets. Location of property is also good. Breakfast provided was also fantastic at such a low cost.

I stayed in Room No 404 on 7th Sept-23. I left my C Type ear phone in the room. From Nagpur airport, I call the Hotel reception regarding same. Reception confirmed about the collecting of my earphone. I requested Hotel Reception person to courier it at my Mumbai address which I noted him out over phone. Also told that the courier charges will be borne by me. Till date, neither I received my earphone, nor getting any satisfactory reply from the Hotel Reception when I call them.

Location is very good. Breakfast is satisfactory. Variety is less.

TV was not working properly. Very few channels are available. Smart TV is out of service.

Rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food served in the restaurant is delicious. But the restaurant could have been maintained a bit more clean.

check out was a little complicated as the hotel could not accept my European bank card, so I had to find ATM to get cash to pay my bill.

the location of the hotel is very convenient for the airport and also the city’s excellent metro train service. there were restaurants and bars nearby. I was a solo traveller and I stayed for 8 nights, so I got to know the staff very well. they were all kind and helpful to me (Khan, Rahul and Priti). Breakfast was included in my rate and was very good and varied each day. my room was comfortable with quiet air conditioning and an overhead fan. The en-suite was well equipped with a hot water shower. my bed was comfortable and my room was made up almost every day. the Wi-Fi was excellent.
