Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaOne of the worst hotels I have even taken. Please don't come here I beg you. I had taken two days of stay here. Many points I want to tell here. The rooms costed be 4k per day, which is expensive. 1) The glasses and tea flask were really not clean, i could see brown marks. 2) The bedsheet had hairs, and they were not fully white. 3) There is no shampoo, there is only body liquid soap. 4) Hot water used to take 5 min to come. It was really bad. 5) There waa no brush and paste kept. I had to request them. 6) There is height of 5 inches when you go to toilet. Because of that I fell twice. Even my friend fell. So its worst architecture. 7) lift is tiny, so difficult to take in luggage. 8) One light wasn't working. 9) After I took permission to leave, they again called me saying you didn't pay half amount. But i had paid it before i entered. They tried to fool me. But later after i said i have proof, they told ok. 10) there is no fridge for that expensive price. 11) The tv had all apps like netflix, Amazon prime but non had subscription, so its waste. 12) I saw the onwner scolding the employees and shouting at them. Thats very bad sign. 13) Not even one mat outside the toilet. 14) The tea bags were not renewed, even if i was there for two days.

United KingdomI book a double standard the room I was given had a terrible smell. I then got moved to a different room as an upgrade the following day I went out and during the day the hotel moved my belongings into another room as you can image when I got back I was horrified the thought of a stranger going through my belongings. When I complained of what had happened it was like I was making a fuss over nothing When a hotel upgrades you one expects to stay in the upgrade for the duration of the stay ! Then there was the incident with the breakfast. The hotel was catering for a private party but put no signs to say private party. When I went for breakfast I was told it was breakfast was being served outside so I went and stood in the queue when I reached out for a plate a lady rudely put her hand over the plate and said it was only for the party guests. I went over to the a member of the hotel staff and as I proceeded to give him my room number he put his hand out and said one moment and walked off! Another staff member came over to me and SIT down and I will serve you. I walked off and said I no longer wanted any breakfast! When I complained to the hotel manager and I asked for a full refund he gave me an apology and would not discuss the refund……. Worst ever experience of a hotel stay in my 38 years of travelling Would not recommend also poor communication with the hotel and booking.com as I found this hotel doesn’t do the shuttle service as stated on the description . I left the airport expecting the shuttle rang the number and the lady basically said no shuttle is offered make your own way down after 1.5 hours of trying to book a taxi the ride from the airport to hotel was 2.5 hours so be ware travellers this place is out in the sticks especially In peck time traffic!
