The payment mode was only UPI on personal account i did not like it.

The Hotel was very much on the place where the access road is very narrow, the parking was open plot and in rain the way to parking was with water, no place to park properly. Hotel rooms are ok, spacious but daily cleaning can help, Breakfast was ok for the price cant complain, there was no lunch dinner available and some make do arrangement for restaurant across the street which is ok.

The road to the hotel is very risky. The presence if owner at the hotel is little bit annoying.

No proper sign to where we should go in. Very narrow and steep entry point. The one sign on road had fallen down. No proper facilities. No games were available as written, even tv in one room was not working and the recharge was empty in another, which was not done in whole stay even after we told 2-3 times. One room even didnt have the telephone unit to call reception etc. We even had to ask for coffee , tea sachets, even bathroom paste, brush etc.

Service was good, food was good.

Room was quite spacious with clean layout. Only problem during my stay was continuous power cut and one night from 2 am to 7 am no power in the hotel. Don't go and book the hotel by seeing the pictures as the reality is quite different there is a new building got constructed just in front of the hotel so the view to the valley has been block till third floor and only partially seen from the corner room 307 in which i stayed.

I had been charged for complementary water bottles which is free 1 per day. Treebo has mentioned a continental breakfast and all I got poha, misal pow and tea. Even i raised the complained with Treebo customer care and they assured that i will get back my money but did not got my money back.

Property manager Shubham didn't pick call neither replied to my missed calls when I needed him most. He was never seen in property. I don't know y he is even appointed as manager.

Samadh and other guy in property was very helpful and they took good care in terms of hospitality.

No wifi in the room, tv not working, hot water in the morning only from 8-11am, no choice in breakfast just the typical Indian breakfast, tourist like us don't like the type of breakfast but just had to eat it. Also the restaurant was closed for dinner. Basically besides the room being very nice no other facilities in the hotel was there.

Location of hotel: It has a very steep slope of 60 degree. If you are new driver you will feel difficult to park your vehicle there so better avoid it. Otherwise hotel is okay. Rooms are good and clean.

1. Room was not properly cleaned (due to heavy rush ). 2. Breakfast was basic, dont expect much 3. Due to pick season, room charges were very high 4. Hot water was available till noon. 5. Do not keep high expectation on views from room.

The bed linen was dirty/ unchanged in 2 of the 3 rooms we'd booked. It was changed at our behest and that too required close supervision so that the clean linen was laid. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The bathroom door made a noise while opening and closing. The generator was right below our rooms which caused a lot of disturbance. 1 staff member (don't know the name) was quite argumentative and service during dinner was given as if he was angry.

The hotel was decent with sufficient facilities. Bilal and Prateek at the reception were helpful. Most people of the hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and food was limited but tasted good. Was at a close distance from all the tourist spots that we had planned to visit.
