Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly personnel. Quiet. We were here before and after going to Tadoba and it was the perfect place to be resting here. No restaurants around so we just ordered online which was fine for us.

I stayed in room 104. The bed size was very small. My foot below ankle was hanging down during sleep. Couldn't sleep properly. No inhouse restaurant is available. You need to book through swiggy for any orders except breakfast, where they keep fixed 2 items with avarage quality. Better to avoid the hotel if you need peacefull sleep. Hotel staffs are good and had no discussion actually. Room cleaning was not done for my second day. Towels were not replaced. Airtel TV connectionw as not recharged.

Staff was very slow Its not secure There are no cameras to protect your cars kept outside as they don't have parking They call mid night to move the car as well They didn't have extra cushions Water was hardly warm, forget hot Food is not good at all

Safe hotel for women, helpful and cooperative staff and located near Nagpur railway station. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me reach my bus pickup location. My Uber rides kept getting cancelled and it was raining heavily. One of the staff dropped me there on his two wheeler and the other staff lent me their windcheater. If it hadn't been for them, I would have missed my bus. Thank you so much for your help!

Owner - An amazing, approachable and helpful understanding man who helped us right from booking, arriving and early check out due to our emergency. It was really a kind gesture for the guy to show us some compassion. Truly appreciated 🤗❤️ Cricket theme hotel. Each floor has photographed cricketers, based on batsmen, bowler, etc. Cutlery - plate, spoons to be changed ASAP as can be clearly seen to be really old Room - standard room shown in online photos are huge and the room I got was supremely small. If 2 big suitcases are kept, there is no comfortable space to even walk Toilets - very well maintained & spacious. Neat and tidy, modern, simple and sleek. Good provision of dustbins. Wish the toilet space was less and room size was bigger. Staff - the lady at reception is sweet & will assure you confidence but doesn't get anything done. #1 We asked for an upgrade of room & wanted to pay for it on spot but she said she'll reserve it - next day morning she said rooms are not available as overnight booking happened. #2 no provision of food as she promised 4 non-veg thalis on day1. When we came down for dinner she said no thali as it was given to politically more important guests. It's insulting. #3 breakfast even after requesting for 8 AM - the boys, they don't really care to serve you well. On arrival I clearly mentioned we are sportspersons come for an international tournament at Nagpur - I wanted good food which was my only request which they didn't support with Had to eat and order from outside every day.
