The ascent to reach the hotel is quite steep and that’s the only way it can be reached. So for any person who is physically challenged or even senior citizens would definitely find this incline difficult. There is no lunch or dinner facility as the hotel doesn’t have an en-suite restaurant so be prepared to walk 2 kms towards the Mall Road for those hunger pangs. There are no fans even at least in the standard deluxe room so windows have to be opened all the time but there is no screen attached so mosquitoes do their trippy dance in your ears and feast on your blood. Also the property is right by a busy highway so open windows means aural disturbance all night long this disturbing your sleep. The bathrooms are okay with the toilet seat perched right at the corner thus presenting a different challenge for seating especially for taller people. The beds are short too to lie comfortably again for taller folks!

The only nice thing about this hotel is its location which is quite near to the mall (only if you consider walking 2 kms as near). The room is decent for the price being offered if you ain’t looking for expensive places to stay or are just there for a day!

Hotel is 80- 100 feet above main road. You need to climb incline of 40-50 degree Room size is small even though I booked deluxe honeymoon suite No restaurant and eating food in small room is difficult

I tried to call the hotel on the way, but the call was getting redirected to the computer. The hotel provided a chat bot which was awfully inaccurate. I was a little worried about the confirmation of the stay because I have paid 60 percent of the room rent in advance as asked by the Treebo via email.

Everything from the moment we checked in. The staff was very polite and friendly. Helped us with the luggage, explained everything about the room, and treated us well. The room, balcony, view and bathroom was top class. The food was good. We got a delicious breakfast in the morning and they assisted me in getting a taxi to the HRTC Bus stand and the taxi rate was reasonable. I would love to come again. Keep up the good work. ❤️🙂🙏🏾

The hotel was very clean. Our room, the honeymoon suite was perfect for our family of 3, the layout was brilliant. The room was well equipped and lots of storage.The view from our room was spectacular. The food delicious.

Location was good. NO Parking, and Reaching to hotel is a task. Manager was not welcoming and he didnt liked asking questions. He was Shrude. I might not stay here ever again

Torn bed sheet and torn pillow covers. Bed sheet was with dirty spots/stains. Even we asked to change and after replacement the problem was same. Towels were completely torned. Looks like linens were many years old.

The only drawback is that you need to walk on steep road to reach this hotel.

Mainly, if you want to judge any hotel check for the washroom, if it's clean, then great. This hotel is great in terms of location, cleanliness, and food they serve.

Rooms are not sound proof. Constant noise from the roof, side rooms, outside. The exhaust fan was not working in my room. I complained but could not repair. Breakfast options are very limited even though the menu card has mentioned a lot of variety. Bed sheets are not cleaned. Stains are there.

Sledgehammer banging away for hours underneath my room, when I complained, told it would stop at 18.30. Room service only for food, had to eat breakfast in room, no restaurant, even though menu in room - food brought in from unknown sourse outside. Filled out breakfast request form, delivery correct 1 out of 3 times.
