The hotel is nice overall, but it’s clearly showing its age. The rooms are quite small, and given that the hotel is already a bit old, I feel it’s somewhat overpriced. The quality of the food and amenities is okay — nothing outstanding, but acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is also convenient. However, for the price paid, we expected a bit more in terms of comfort and overall experience.

Very attentive staff, keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Nice pool and dining options were good with both buffet and a la carte options. We really enjoyed the a la carte. Bed was comfortable with good pillows, great shower. Location is great as slightly out of the main bustle but only 10 mins in a tuk tuk

The service at the hotel was the best thing about it. The service was personalised, the staff extremely courteous and very friendly without being intrusive. The food was excellent. The property was beautiful, and beautifully located.

The property is at a very good location right across the Jaipur jewel - The Jal Mahal. Super clean, good food and nice pool area. We traveled with our baby and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We had an amazing one-week stay at Trident Jaipur, where everything was simply the best—food, staff, and accommodation were exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. Every staff member, from the front of house to the chefs, goes above and beyond to take care of their guests. A special moment that touched us was when my husband fell sick due to a cold—the team not only prepared homemade remedies for him but also constantly checked in on his well-being. Whenever I dined alone, they would kindly ask about his health, showing genuine concern and warmth. One day, we sent back a tea that wasn’t to our liking, and to our absolute surprise, the General Manager personally emailed us to apologize. This level of attentiveness and hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Trident Jaipur truly sets the gold standard for hospitality. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay in Jaipur

Buffet dinner was a little pricey for what was provided. Some fixtures will require maintenance soon to maintain the standard.

Location was great - nice views over the lake. Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Room size could have been slightly bigger with more shelves in the almirah. The balcony should at least accommodate 1 chair. Also location is a little away from the main city.

The hospitality was exceptional. The Food & Beverage dept was exceptional. I would like to specially point out the efforts of Vaibhav, Himanshu and Akash in the JalMahal dining hall who took personal care to get dishes to our palette. They were very cordial and helpful. It felt like home.

Blown away by their level of service. Their response time to any request was less than 2 minutes. The breakfast was fabulous - their spread perfect. There were some cultural dances, puppet show in the evening, lac bangle making. Spectacularly clean. The location was perfect.. just opposite jal Mahal and easy to travel to Amer fort. They helped me celebrate my husband's birthday with a cake and decorating the room with balloons!!

It’s a lovely property in a pleasant setting but what sets this hotel apart from others is the quality of its staff, especially those in the restaurant and kitchen. They are unfailingly polite and the service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their mission is to delight you. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
