its a slightly dated property so the rooms are somewhat smaller, but then the price is right for that.

Sumptuous breakfast spread that suited family members travelling from abroad and wanting try try half a dozen items. Location is perfect if you wish to see Amer, Jaigarh or Nahargarh forts. Also this is opposite the Jal Mahal palace and one could walk along the lake at any time of the day or night. it is 20-25 min from the city palace and other bits of tourist interest in town. We had little time at hand, so we couldn't enter the good looking pool

The property is old, so it shows. Rooms are not that spacious, and the bathrooms are ordinary as well. Room facilities were not that great either.

Great location. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff during breakfast hours were exceptional.

The tap in the bathroom needs to be replaced, it takes several turns before water cones out.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful hotel. Staff were very hospitable and caring. Room was big, clean, and quiet. Personalised checkin, and offering assistance everywhere possible - simply a great example of hospitality!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so welcoming, kind and friendly and have a genuine interest in ensuring I had the best stay possible from the friendliest welcome at check in with a lovely welcome drink, showing me to my room to coming around at breakfast time to introduce me to samples of Indian breakfast specialities. The pool area is lovely and I enjoyed relaxing here with a fresh juice. The signature massage was great and the food was delicious also. There was just that extra level of attention from the staff put into the stay that made it all the more memorable. The location was also beautiful right across the road from the Palace of the water. Sunset here was amazing. I would definitely stay if I return to Jaipur. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

everything about the hotel. pool was so clean feels like you've stayed at a 5 star hotel.

Staff were very accommodating, service was exceptional. location fantastic, very clean, better than the pictures shown on booking.com. some traditional entertainment in the evening. they also have a couple of lovely shops on site. would highly recommend and I would go back. breakfast variety was fantastic. I would recommend booking half board. 👌 🙂

The bathing rooms for swimming pool area are open...they have no locks in them...like seriously a privacy concern...you are bathing in the shower and anyone can barge in type of situation....

The breakfast was amazing....had a various amount of options...you name it and they have it. Plus the staff was also very much helpful and cooperative at the breakfast..

Only small issue was that we like to go out for food for lunch and dinner and the area was low on choices that suited us… mid range, air conditioned restaurants with nice decor. This isn’t the Trident’s fault and the one evening meal we did eat there was lovely. But if you are looking for somewhere else we think The Rainbow is only close option. The Tridents restaurant and drink menu is a little pricey. Wasn’t crazy about bird proofing nets over pool or outside window but guess needs must.

The Trident Hotel sits opposite a lake with a road and promenade in front. Nice to wander along and buy souvenirs. Our room had a nice view of the lake. The staff were extremely attentive. The swimming pool was lovely. Very comfortable loungers and always some available. Star of the show was the excellent breakfast. As an English couple two weeks into our India’s trip the breakfast spread was a real treat. Bacon, eggs, sausage for husband, lovely homemade yogurt and lovely dried and fresh fruits and nuts for me. Also excellent pastries. There was lots available we didn’t try but surely the Trident had a breakfast for every culture.

The property is quite old just needs a little remodeling and need more options on restaurants in the hotel.

From the time we checked in untill check out plp were so nice and curtious and everyone made us feel so nice and comfortable from chef Monica to the waiters sahil and asit and the front desk staff and the housekeeping guys who were so kind to arrange a soap bar which was misplaced. I have stayed in trident mumbai marine lines and it was a disaster but jaipur trident staff are excellent u get the best customer service.

Mosquito net should be installed in room windows to allow to open the window. The waiters become very annoying because they try too hard to be helpful. Hotel installations seems a little old.
