pool closes too early - 7pm is early for people on holidays visiting Jaipur and coming back to unwind in hotel and will like to go for a swim to relax after a long day of sightseeing

The staff made our stay so pleasurable - Poorvi, at reception, your pool/bar staff Shivanghi was exceptional and your staff (can't remember his name-from Kolkata who works at the bar) they all were so nice and went beyond and above to assit all of our requests

The pillows are extremely soft, and makes it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Maybe we should have one hard and one soft pillow in the room. Not much varieties of mocktails for people that don’t have alcohol.

Lovely hotel, clean, good A/C, lovely restaurant, and wonderful pool area. The staff is friendly and caring. Room is spacious and bathroom is good size and shower as pressure. I would stay here again.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, we never waited to be served and all items delivered timely and cooked to taste (I particularly like soft poached eggs 🥚!!), which is important 😋. Would we recommend it, would we come back?! Absolutely 💯!

Everything was good

Staff was very courteous. They were very prompt in their respective service. We went for our Marriage Anniversary, for which they decorated our Room. All House Keeping Staff, Chef, Reception greeted us on our Anniversary. We are really thankful to Trident Staff for making our trip successful.

The room is a bit outdated in terms of decor - but that is sort of the theme of the hotel and not my personal preference

Attentive staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Kids club and pool table, and a swimming pool. A nice welcome when we arrived.

The distance from town, but it was a nice place to just hang out.

Breakfast offering was great. Excellent room service. Excellent laundry service. It was good to get transport from the airport, especially arriving so late at night.

-If I want to say something negative about the nature of this hotel, it would be the fact that, the entrance door opens to a very crowded road with high speed vehicles.

+Breakfast: EVERYTHING at breakfast was delicious !!! Some hotels have a huge range of items and nothing is made with much care. At this hotel, there are so many options AND all of them are really good. I can’t believe how good their breakfast was. +Staff: The staff is painfully kind and nice. They give you the feeling that they truly care about you and I believe they really do ! We stayed in another famous hotel in Agra and the staff was quite pushy and demanding five star reviews which was very off putting. Here at Trident, there’s nothing like that. Almost everyone spoke very good English which was surprisingly rare in Indian hotels. +Swimming Pool: Swimming pool was spotless clean with so many beds around it. +Design: Their lobby is really cool. The design and decoration of the whole place is a work of art. It felt like a travel in time to an era where flowers and wood are the main decorative items. +Rooms: Our room had a lake view and it was worth EVERY PENNY that we paid extra for it. This hotel is a dream come true, specially as a romantic hotel. Their rooms are not super fancy. They give you a cozy and warm feeling of being home. Yet, they look stunning just to look at. +Shows: They had live performances such as puppet show, lac bangle making, and Rajasthani Dance.

The property was extremely clean and really well maintained. The staff was excellent and really great in their service. Rohit’s team, including Aditya, Akash and Chef Ajay from the kitchen, made all our meals exceptionally pleasant. The service at Trident Jaipur was really great !
