Everyone in staff is exceptional, meeting our need for Jain food at all times, helping with my old mom with wheelchair and additional assistance and support. This made our trip enjoyable.

Breakfast didn’t have many choices for non Indians. Could be improved a bit there. Shower gel and shampoo please put 2 for each when you have 2 people in the room. The bottles were a bit small.

Location was excellent. Very short tuk tuk ride to the Hawa Mahal (100ruppees), exactly opposite the Jal Mahal where you can see it at night as well. A small market across the hotel too. We had lunch in the hotel which was great and ordered room service for a light dinner-I would say moderate. Staff very helpful and kind. Hotel atmosphere relaxed. Breakfast was ok. Room was nice with a very beautiful view of the lake. Mini bar was filled which I liked as well.

South Indian and Maharashtrian dishes in breakfast menu have scope for improvement. Hard idli is no idli and pressure cooking veggies is no pavbhaaji. Bedside table should have a drawer Put that tv on the wall to freeup desk space Soap in squeezable tubes please Didn’t like shower gel fragrance

The property seems little old though well maintained. One suggestion, the restaurant area was not accommodating everyone well during the breakfast if that can be taken care of. It looked little small for the gathering. While coming for the dine-in (buffet) we were not told of what is included and what is not because of this we couldn’t order items which were included.

The staff was very helpful, the overall experience, stay, food, hospitality was excellent.

Bathroom plumbing (specifically hot water and water pressure in the shower) was a little dicey in one of our two rooms.

Excellent location across from the Hawa Mahal. Incredibly attentive service. Wonderful buffet (especially at breakfast). Beautiful clean swimming pool. Comfortable room.

The washroom surprisingly does not have hand-shower or a make up mirror, can be a lot better. The hotel is fairly small. The rooms are slightly small.

Food is the highlight at Trident. Chef Ajay customised basis gluten and diary free specifications. Location wise it is Central, but Jal Mahal view is not for all rooms. So ensure to have day plans to outside locations, Nahargarh fort is close by and a good get away, so is johri market (great artificial and gold silver jewellery). Jal Mahal area has nothing much to see but good street shopping.

The food was not amazing but all the other facilities compensated.

We enjoyed everything! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very polite, the location was nice and we had our little escape from all the noise of the city. I enjoyed the Trident massage and it was amazing! Would return for sure!

Everything was great at top notch… from greetings, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, food services… they exceeded their level to their best hospitality. Imagine I washed my clothes for 2 days there. When I came back after my tours, I see my clothe Ma well folded and kept in an elegant bamboo basket… it was done from them without me even asking!!! That’s how good the housekeeping is!! The front desk will help you with your trip management… they give you tips on how to go around Jaipur! The food services… all of them; chefs , staffs in F&B are very courteous, and always attentive to give you the best. Everyone deserves the praise! Your team impressed with more than 5 star services!

Rooms little bit outdated and overpriced, shops and vendors in the hotel are particularly overpriced for typical Indian prices.

Very good location opposite water palace and with easy access into the centre, staff service is excellent and friendly, 2 types of restaurants, pool, very clean, safe, hotel airport pick up was so helpful, taxi package to see Jaipur was a really good service to explore the area with. Nice music and entertainment in the lobby in the evenings.

I didn’t like that I only stayed for 1 night. But that was my own choice!

The hotel is super. Proper 5* experience at much less than some of the other top-end prices. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, the bar had great cocktails, and I slept so well in a lovely comfy room - which unlike every other hotel in India seemed to be actually sound proofed. The location is right opposite the prom where you can visit the evening market for some shopping and see the water palace.
