Very well maintained property. Nicely decorated. Good views from the balcony and overall very green with lots of trees. Location is inside , however very quiet which is what I was looking for. You have good options for food once you step out.

All the facilities were provided. Each and every corner was well thought and designed. It’s good to stay if you have the entire villa for yourself. Very peaceful place, clean and beautiful place.

Our stay at Tuscan Breeze villa was fantastic! We were impressed by the serene surroundings and the beautifully maintained property as soon as we arrived. The villa itself was spacious cosy, and furnished with exceptional amenities that enhanced the experience. But the host was the one who really stood out. They were constantly available by phone and were extremely welcoming and responsive. We had a small problem while we were there, but the host took care of it quickly and effectively enough that our time there wasn't affected. We truly felt at home because of their generosity and consideration. All things considered, this villa is the ideal option for anyone seeking a restful and stress-free vacation. We had amazing memories when we left and will surely go back! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Tuscany-themed property, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we felt transported to a vibrant, artistic haven. Every corner has its charm, from the whimsical macramé wall hangings to the vintage finishes that add character to the space. It doesn't feel like we're in Bangalore after a point. If you’re looking for a place that’s equal parts relaxing and aesthetic, this Bohemian gem is a must-visit. I can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was perfect!

The location was perfect, not too far from the city yet far enough to feel like a getaway. Plus, the architecture was simply beautiful - like a slice of Tuscany right next to home. The owners and caretakers on the property were very responsive and helpful.

Tuscan Breeze was the perfect spot for us as a family to celebrate a special occasion. The villa was tastefully designed, with large windows overlooking lush foliage and open spaces to relax in - everything about the space was a treat for the senses. What touched us the most was the special touches our hosts left for us - they were so kind to gift our daughter with a little toy, they were always so responsive to every query and so thoughtfully arranged for tea and snacks for us on the day of our arrival. The caretaker was also so efficient and kind and overall, we were blown away by the superlative hospitality and the beauty of the space. The Club staff were helpful and welcoming as they showed us around the space, briefed us about the activities and arranged for meals. There were so many bird songs, Nandi hills was right outside our window and the view from the balconies and windows were spectacular! Every little detail went a long, long way in giving us a memorable experience that we will look back on fondly for years to come. Looking forward to visiting again soon, we've been recommending you to all our friends! Highly highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Ashirwad was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The villa ( Tuscan Breeze ) was brilliant, aesthetic infrastructure and interior, well maintained swimming pool, very tidy. We could not have asked for a better location, during early morning hours the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

A great time with my family. Loved our stay in this private villa which had great vibe, facilities and comfort. It was idyllic and we felt closer to the nature with a lovely view of the hills and fields. The kids enjoyed the private pool a lot. We had a wonderful time.

Food items from the locality’s in house restaurant were good but limited

It’s a beautiful piece of property with tastefully done interiors that are a perfect blend of luxury and serenity. The pool at the front of three villa is an added attraction and we had an amazing time there. Great for people travelling in groups with beautiful views and great comfort.

They separately pinged to ask me to cancel the reservation around the midnight before telling it was already booked. Threw off my plans a lot to add to asking me to cancel when there are cancellation charges

But not good experience on trip cancellation like 12 hours before arrival.

There are 3 rooms in the property. We were fortunate that the other two rooms weren't booked. Else, privacy would have been compromised. At the price point of INR 8k per night, the property is a bit over priced especially if other rooms are occupied. The community in which the villa is located doesn't yet have functional amenities. The restaurant attached to the clubhouse is your only source of food. The quality was decent at the price point but the menu lacked variety.

The property was kept extremely well.
