The place is infested with mosquitoes at night, making the experience a bad one. The bunk bed frames are rusty. The hostel caretaker (Adi) can be more helpful and have a better understanding of these issues and find a solution.

Nothing special to like.. For a budget solo travel tent stay is manageable. For tents they should provide a locker. At least a soap and a towel. We are not staying for free. We are paying 999 for a single person tent stay.

The place is just a minute away from Kudle beach. Clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff. Great value for money. People looking for budget stays should consider coming here

1. The unfair way of how they don't bother to inform the tourists about the booking status until the moment they arrive at the location. 2. Access to property. Reaching to this place is a task in itself. Though if you are at Kudle beach it's convenient to go back and forth from the beach. 3. Hygiene - the washroom and tents were not clean. And there are plenty of mosquitoes if you opt to stay at the tent.

Right on the kudle beach, this cute hostel is a must stay if your prime focus is to stay very close to the beach and be around lots of cool cafes. The facilities could be better based on the price that was charged. In terms of facilities I felt it was not up to the mark. The common washrooms were cleaner than most. However, the people and hospitality was top notch. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and welcome there. Met a lot of great people and the people managing the hostel are really fun too!

1. The place has too any insects, lizards. 2. There is no purified/RO drinking water, they give you filter water from boring, did not look safe to drink 3. Wifi does not reach 6 bed dorm, and the common area is full of mosquitoes, and is literally just 3 mattresses on the ground + 2 table chair sets, uncomfortable if you plan to work. 4. No cafeteria, while they don't mention it either, still felt the need for one for Basic tea/snacks 5. 6 bed dorms bathroom does not have a washbasin or geyser, had to fill hot water from outside in a bucket. if you're a lazy bum, might be a little hassle. 6. Reaching the hostel was a bit uncomfortable, you either walk for 5-10 minutes on the beach after a few minutes of trek or trek down for 5-10 minutes with no sign boards and your bags depending on the route you chose. However, the stay was decent since you can literally wake up and go to the beach for a dip, or go to any beachside shacks for food.

Location is perfect. 1 minute to the beach. Staff was friendly. Charlie(pet dog) was a cutie. Try Gundappa cafe a and ocean front resorts' restaurant for food if you've got a taste for spicy food, beachside shacks don't add salt or spice to meals. Arya Cafe was nice hygienic.

The Location is good but the way to the Hostel is very isolated and dangerous, not at all recommended during rainy seasons, avoid travelling at night, also since Gokarna is a coastal region so avoid travelling in summer as tents don't have fan access and too much of mosquitos

Staff were very cordial and helpful, food was available very easily and till late night, good aura and very cheap (starting from 300 Rs per night for Single tent), 2 Mins from Kudle beach (exactly on the beach), Sound of waves hit your very clearly during night

There is no kitchen facility, nor is there a fridge like in other hostels. Additionally, we forgot our bag near the bonfire at night, inside the property, which has a proper gate. Someone stole around ₹10,000, earbuds, and a watch from it. When we called the owner to check the CCTV footage, he told us that the camera was not functioning and then abruptly ended the call, showing little concern. If you're planning to visit Gokarna, it's better to consider other options.they are cheaper and better then this .Still u want to give a chance to these guys it's upto u best of luck .
