The staff Manjula and Girish and even others there ,the entire team were excellent. They hv no restaurant but these guys ate so helpful ,they make u feel at home .They helped us with auto ,places to visit and nice cup of tea.They were so pleasant .

1. There were no in-house food options, so I had to Swiggy food 2. When the food arrived, there was no desk in the room for me to sit and eat, which was a little uncomfortable. 3. The bathroom size was a bit small, and I was unable to get sufficient hot water 4. I stayed on a Wednesday night, and when I asked to re-book for Monday. I was told that the cost would be double! Not sure why....

Behaviour of the staff, they charged us pre-check in charges which was not informed or mentioned during check in. Later they mentioned that i had cancelled the booking but in the app i could see that my booking was confirmed. Room is small , no food facility, no air ventilation not worth 3.3k at all. It should be worth 1500 at max

Hot water was not that effective. However it was hot so it really doesn't matter to us.

The rooms are very clean. The staff were so humble. Complimentary they provided dairy chips chocolate and chips. The bathroom was a little small but was very cute and clean. The udupi temple was at 6 to 7 mins by car. The hotel is located at the centre of city and everything was accessible.car parking facility is also available. Overall value for money.

The place is comfortable, clean and customer friendly. The reception guys were very helpful and accommodating in answering my travel queries and even booking autos for me.

The location of the hotel is inconvenient. To reach the hotel one has to go through narrow and congested lanes or take a circuitous route. For the money that we paid, the facilities and comfort were far from adequate.

Let alone breakfast, even coffee was not available. There was no kettle for making coffee or tea. The management could not even arrange for our morning cup of coffee. Incidentally, there is no restaurant where when could get a cup of coffee either.
