The decoration is a bit outdated.

Breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The roof top restaurant is nice, the performance was good. The room is very big, bathroom clean, but overall it's a bit outdated.

I stayed here 10 years ago, in 2015, and fell in love with it. Took my two guests here 2025 and they fell in love as well.

the gym wasnt the greatest. There were only a ha dful of dumbells and one somewhat worn treadmill which wss tricky to get working as you had to press the buttons in exactly the right place. Apparently theres free airport pickup but not dropoff

THE FAUCET WATER IS VERY TRICKY .. LEARN HOW IT WORKS IF NOT A WATER SPLASH .. SAD ..NO MUPPETS SHOW DURING OUT STAY .

THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND WILL TRY TO HELP YOU THE BEST THEY COULD THE TERRACE RESTAURANT WAS REALLY NICE .. AS THE BREAKFAST RESTAURANT .. EXCELLENT SELECTION THE ROOM VERY CLEAN , EVERYTHING WORK PERFECTLY THE DECORATION SET UP OF THE HOTEL IS REALLY SOMETHING TO SEE.. LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT WITH A SHORT TUK TUK RIDE .. The toilet wasn't flushing properly and the staff took immediate action but we were advised that the parts needed to fix it will be delivered after we checkout. There was a lot of rubbish under the bathroom window. The only vegan options for breakfast were fruit and jam.

The staff was great and always available to help. Hotel is in a good location and it's a nice heritage property.

Nothing in particular. If I had to say something, maybe it was easy to hear the neighboring rooms and the reception.

The decoration is beautiful! Even though the furniture is old for decor, it doesn't feel worn down. The bathroom was newly renovated. The bed was firm and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was available for 400 rupees. We only stayed one day, but it was very nice.

The hotel lacked the homely welcome of smaller hotels although all the staff were good. Breakfast was okay but nothing exceptional

This hotel was very comfortable and had good facilities, including a lovely pool and an excellent rooftop restaurant. Food was very tasty and we enjoyed the Rajastani dancing. The staff were attentive and helpful

Nothing. It was perfect.

This was definitely the best hotel we stayed in India! From the stunning decor and rooms, excellent food and superb staff, everything was perfect!! It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We will definitely return! I want to give an extra thank you to Parma Bhatti who drove us around beautiful Jaipur and took us to all the best sights. Bhatti is always on hand at the hotel to book for a day or half a day at very honest, reasonable rates. He was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful.

We paid for 2 superior rooms and were told on arrival we had been upgraded. We realised that we hadn't been ....we had the room we paid for and the other room wasn't the same as we paid for.

Very nice hotel in ideal location. Staff were very friendly and room was superb. The food in the hotel was excellent and after a long day sightseeing it was nice spending the evening on the roof top terrace with food and drinks.
