I like the all game zone and rooma area is well maintained. Even though kitchen is also accessible. They have menu for the food. Everything was good. Special thanks to Kavya her patience and binding every traveller with the Mafia game.

The owners are so nice and helpful in every way! Location is perfect if you rent a scooter or like to walk. The amazing rooftop is great for meeting new people. The place was super clean and super accessible to main places. I loved the entire vibe of the place and the people who worked at hostel was awesome. Special Mention to Cherry the doggo. Absolute cuteness. Love that they play board games and such on the terrace every night. The hosts were super cool and amazing. My first trip to pondicherry was amazing thanks to this hostel. 100 percent would visit again.

The best place to find the tribe that you vibe with… If you’re travelling alone - trust me you won’t feel like it. Amazing host, awesome game nights and chill to morning healthy juice rituals. Just - WOW!!

Wonderful! A real gem of a place ticked away in a little side street far from the crowds and noise and yet within a short tuktuk ride to White Town etc. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and with comfy dorm beds that had privacy curtains. Loads of locker space too! Great roof top chill out area and a cool little place on the ground floor to work from you. Plenty of parking space for scooters in a gated area. Particular thanks to Rokan (?) the owner who was super helpful.

The hosts make this hostel a unique experience among other hostels. A great place to chill. Ice breaking sessions by the host made strangers become friends.

Centrally located, nearby most pondicherry attractions. Vibes are just right at this place. The hosts Kavya, Raunak(& cherry) are very helpful, and will make sure you get the most out of your time. Always there to help & guide you.

Hostel rules doesn't allow house slippers to be worn indoors. With a puppy playing around indoors, one could step on pee/fur/general dust and carry that to bed unknowingly. Because carpets and doormats kept to wipe feet can sometimes be sandy and defeat the purpose. Something to be mindful about when staying here.

Loved that the host and staff were very accommodating. Any request I had was graciously met. Hanging out at the rooftop lounge and playing party games became a nightly ritual that I loved. Can easily access rental scooties at reasonable rates. BYOB is a good rule they have here. 24/7 access to facilities was amazing and the hostel is very well maintained. Loved it!

The female dorm is a little small when full but as long as everyone works around each other it is absolutely manageable!

The staff team at Unpack are so lovely and welcoming, ably assisted by their gorgeous puppy Cherry! The beds are extremely comfortable and I felt well rested from my stay! The hostel is really nice and sociable with evening activities on the roof and it was a great space to meet with other travellers and then go on to enjoy the city together!
