A beautiful new homestay perched on be side of a hill overlooking tea plantations. The views were to die for and I loved the balcony and fresh air. Alok could not have been more helpful with amazing communication in advance of my arrival and going above and beyond during my short stay joining me on treks and arranging taxis as needed. His staff were also wonderful - friendly, helpful and always so smiley - it really was a perfect couple of days.

It was a wonderful experience with homestay " Valley View In" ! Clean, comfortable, and host as well as staff Santosh were incredibly welcoming. We loved the delicious home-cooked meals and felt right at home. And awesome view from the room balcony was a special feeling.

Valley view Inn homestay has been a remarkably comfortable and pleasant staying experience. We had never heard of the place much but we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our choice. Room was very cosy with ascetic interiors, a very hospitable staff, good food and service. View from balcony was very beautiful. It was really a memorable experience for us.

I would give 10 stars if I could, the most wonderful stay in such a beautiful resort. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, room was spacious and spotless, the view was incredible. The food was also very delicious. I will recommend to anyone.

The location and the approach road to this place were great. Great place to reset away from all the hustle and bustle. They offered home cooked food which was very delicious. Room was very spacious, bed was super comfy and after long time had a silent restful sleep. Valley view from the balcony is great.

This property located in between the tea estate and have nice view point. We experienced good climate with sun and mist every where. The property was constructed in such a way that the other side of the property completely have a valley view from our room balcony. Morning we noticed few heard of Bison grazing in the tea estate. We really enjoyed the food prepared by the resort kitchen staff. All the staffs of the property were kind enough to listen to our asks and did a great job.

Review: Valley View Inn, Kotagiri We recently stayed at Valley View Inn, Kotagiri for one night, and it was a memorable experience. The staff were decent and very responsive, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The dinner was a highlight of our visit. We ordered chapathi and pepper chicken semi-gravy, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the meal was served hot and on time, right in our room. The rooms were neat and clean, and the washrooms were hygienic, ensuring a pleasant stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, offering a peaceful and scenic view of the valley, perfect for relaxation. One thing we truly miss from our stay is Jaggu, a naughty little puppy who roams around the property. His playful antics added a special charm to our experience and made it even more delightful. Overall, Valley View Inn is a wonderful place for a short and peaceful getaway in Kotagiri. The combination of great service, good food, cleanliness, and the company of Jaggu makes it highly recommended!

The staff , the spacious rooms and overall host Alok and his hosting ability are gracious and welcoming. The overall welcoming nature, "the feeling of Oneness" with the guests enhanced the experience. We also explored the nearby natural hills in an early morning trek and were flabbergasted by the morning sunrise over the valleys through the tea estates. The food offered was very tasty and very very homly and flavorful and easy to enjoy.

The property's location is truly surreal. It is pet-friendly, and the room is spacious and clean. The staff and host are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They serve homely food & happy to curate dishes on special request. There are small hikes around the property, and if you're interested in knowing about the local village culture, you can connect with the host Alok, who will be happy to arrange a cultural walking tour.

It was just amazing. The room itself, the view from the balcony, and the parking area, the surrounding and offcourse the wonderful host ( Alok ) and staff which provides you with everything you need. The communication was great! It's my 4th visit to Kotagiri and first to this property and I have to say, this is one of the best property ( very clean room, inviting, much space, nice bed, hot shower) which ever I had. Especially for this price. Thank you very much Alok & your team for this joyful stay.
