The mattress and bedsheet was not up to the mark and comfortable. There was issue with electricity during the day. Hot water is provided by solar so you cannot guarantee it will always be there even during morning hours.

1. Hair in breakfast Puri. 2. Extension Phone in room not working, 3. In my 2 days of booking buffet breakfast was served on Sunday only and not on Saturday , reason quoted by staff was because of less occupancy. 4. Breakfast prepared late on Saturday and long time taken (20 min) to serve as only 1 person was serving. 5. Climate was extremely cold but no Hot water available, no action taken even after escalation to the reception. Had to bath in extremely cold water. 6. Cable service was off but after multiple requests it was started.

Basic First Aid Box was missing in the Hotel. Simple medicines for headache, loose motions, detol, cotton, Bandages etc. should be available as the hotel is away from Market. I had to reach out to neighbouring hotel.

We’ve been visiting Mahabaleshwar with friends and needed rooms for the night. When one says “for a night” it may imply some trade-offs and exclusions in the level of comfort. But here is the entire experience is an exclusion, and not a pleasant one. Let me share the “highlights”: - Rooms are dirty like someone has been killed there several guests ago and since then nobody cleaned the room at all. Dirty is almost everything: floor, shelves, walls. We asked to clean the room and went out for a few hours, but when came back - nothing has been cleaned. - There is no any soundproof in the rooms at all! The paper castle has better soundproof than this hotel. You will be feeling like staying with all other guests there, and nobody will be taking care that you or your baby need to sleep at midnight. We were absolutely destroyed in the morning. - The bed sheets were not clean and fresh - some spots from the previous guests, the clothes themselves are tired from the time and desperately need replacement. We asked to replace the bedsheets as well - it was the same when we came back. - Only 1 (one!!) towel was provided for the family of three members. We asked to add at least one or two more, they said that “no towels available” due to some silly reasons. - The closet looks like a bomb exploded inside it. - No soap in the washroom. They said “use this liquid” for whatever purposes. - Wi-fi was not available inside the room, one had to go closer to reception to catch the signal. With the lack of cell coverage there - we were disconnected from the entire world being in the room. - The breakfast is terrible, we were left hungry. - They are forcing you to make in advance payment via some external link sent to you, despite the Booking has its own facility to charge you through the credit card. Nevertheless, they will charge you full, at a price which this property doesn’t wort even one penny.

the rooms could have been much bigger.. we had booked for deluxe double room but when we got the room it didn’t appear to be of deluxe double room.. the charges are way too high in comparison to the room we got. Moreover, when we arrived we saw that the property is yet to be fully constructed… there were some patch works which needs to be looked at.
